First Class service. The booking process was straight forward and pleasant. It was great to deal with a real human being - who followed the booking from my initial request all the way through. I probably asked a lot more questions than usual and made a lot of changes - but Brittney was very helpful and gracious. Even chased me up all over the USA when they came to book against the credit card I had given them and my card company had since replaced the card with a new one. They could have just as easily cancelled the booking and forgotten about it when including be reached the first time. The driver arrived on time and new our names, where we were going, and was happy to chat about whatever I was babbling about or stay quiet when we were discussing something in the back. Also, the car was in fantastic condition - there was heaps of room and the USB charging ports were a real bonus. I was probably expecting a run down shuttle bus - but it was a beautiful large black town car. Apologies for not getting the make / model. It was quiet and we were offered the opportunity to change the air con or the music or whatever. For the return journey, we were both so tired - we fell asleep - but the driver was again waiting on time as schedule and was very helpful. The fact we slept soundly for the two hours back to NYC shows was a smooth ride it was. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending these guys and especially thank Brittney for her tremendous help and support in booking this trip for me when I was many time zones out of sync in Australia. I had a great experience! I booked a van for a bachelorette wine tour for 11 people. Britt was extremely responsive, accommodating, helpful, and easy to work with. When I needed to make changes or updates it was never a problem at all and she was quick to respond. They event sent me a guide for planning a wine tour that I would have been totally lost without. Our driver Lance was wonderful. He showed up early, was super friendly, was a great driver, and even suggested another winery we could go to when we finished the planned ones earlier than expected. I scheduled a trip up to the Hudson Valley for a group to celebrate my 60th birthday. we visited a cidery, a distillery and 2 wineries. I had a few pre-trip issues that Britt fixed and we had a perfect day!! Horrible horrible horrible. I wish I could give them zero stars. This was actually the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my entire life. The booking process started out nice enough but it went downhill quickly from there. The driver was nice but was driving a bit fast on dirt roads. It was six girls and at one point the road went from gravel to dirt. The driver slammed on his breaks and 4 of the girls flew into eachother and off of their seats into the aisle. All of our glasses spilled and then flew out of our hands. Everyone screamed and the driver stopped to help us clean up and was apologetic. After that we asked the driver to slow down. There was a bridge closure so we had to take a long detour. When we got to the last vineyard the driver told us not to worry about a little extra time because of all that had happened. We were gracious - but then the next day I got a $100 extra charge on my credit card. I thought it must be a mistake so I called to explain, and the company REFUSED to refund the extra 40 minutes. I told them about the harsh break incident and I was told that nothing showed up in their system and it was probably because we had been wine tasting and had been drinking .... I work in customer service and I am absolutely appalled and disgusted. I have never been treated so poorly. Would NEVER recommend them. Do not use this company. read more

Rented a limo bus that was very clean and smooth on the road! The driver arrived a few minutes late but he was very pleasant to talk to and apologized as he was not too familiar with the pickup location. Maria was the person I dealt with during the booking process, at first she seemed okay and made some offerings that sounded appealing but the more we communicated the more the information she provided changed...When I would mention what SHE had offered the previous day she always started her sentence with Oh..well-blah blah blah. The worse part was trying to communicate with Maria the day AFTER the bus service was used "conveniently" she was not available for a few days. I wish I could say I'd recommend All Trans Network but, I'd hate for any of my family/friends to deal with such "customer service." read more

We were extremely happy with our transportation via All Transportation Network! Mike met us at Newburgh Airport in a well maintained vehicle with a smile on his face! We loaded tons of luggage and 6 tired people in the SUV, and took off for NYC. The ride was relaxing and very pleasant. I looked back at my family and within minutes they were all peacefully napping! We had several small stops to make in Manhattan before arriving at our final destination and Mike was great the whole time. They were so helpful in the planning stages in suggesting an itinerary and which wineries to select. The limo arrived 20 minutes early and our drive, Lance, was informative, polite, and all around wonderful. We had no trouble finding the limo when we wanted to leave and go to the next winery. Based on the positive reviews of this service, I was very excited to use them. And as we used the service, even despite several mishaps by the driver, we had a fantastic time. However, several negative incidents occurred that led the driver to promise a little extra time free of charge, which would have been acceptable had they not then charged us an extra $100 the next day. If you want a company that will get you from A to B, then maybe this one will be right for you. But if you want one that not only values customer service over a dollar, but values human life, I recommend you steer clear. The potential agony isn't worth ruining whatever celebration or adventure you're planning. read more

Terrible and unsafe driver, could not get around NYC took over three hours with one hour being lost to get to LGA, would not wear seatbelt until asked. One of the worst limo services I have ever received. And all for over $200. Really not great service, took 10 minutes to just get out of the booming metropolis of Beacon, then drove unsafely, lots of swerving and sudden stops. read more

Not worth the $276 they charged to drive me home from the airport. If you want to be stranded at the airport after a long flight, use this service. I made a reservation from JFK to my home in Orange County and received an email confirmation. I was on a red eye flight from California, arrived into JFK at 7:10 am. And walked outside to meet my car. 7:30 am came around, no car. I called and was placed on hold for 10 minutes. With my cell phone battery dying I hung up and called back only to be told the driver confused the time of my arrival time. They had my flight details, my airline information - for $276 there should be no confusion. Not acceptable! Nothing worse than being made to wait 1 hour for car service you reserved in advanced and paid top dollar for. Not recommended. read more

We love "All Transportation Network". Their drivers are courteous and professional. We mostly use them for airport transportation and they are always prompt and reliable. If we need to take a pit stop, it is never a problem. When our flights are cancelled or delayed, they make it their business to know it and pick us up whenever we get in. As last time, we were supposed to arrive at 1pm and did not land till 10pm. Never a problem. They are there waiting with a smile on their face. Would recommend time after time. read more

We flew into Newark airport on Friday the 10/07/15 and after clearing customs ,we were met by the welcome sight of lance holding a sign with our name on it . What followed was a smooth and pleasant journey to our final destination in fishkill . Having experienced taxi journeys to grand central station and then packed trains to Beacon and then another taxi to fishkill , this journey was perfect. I would recommend all transportation network for there perfect service to anyone.
