She picked us up on Sunday at Newark Liberty Airport and drove us to Red Hook in Dutchess County. On Saturday we took the reverse trip. Communication (text, phone, and in-person conversations) was always easy and direct. She texted us with specific instructions for how to find her at the airport. She drove calmly, competently, and very safely. She checked in by text two days prior to our return trip, and to be safe, we arranged a pickup 4 hours before the time we wanted to be at the airport due to the heavy snowfall (8 inches) expected the next day. Both trips went smoothly and the cars used felt safe and reliable. We trusted Nancy and will trust her or any of her other drivers again for our future trips to New York.
