The absolute worst experience I have ever had. The bus was to pick us up at 10 and he was on time, the driver seemed cool and we like him. We are about 30 min away from the city normal drive, so by bus we figured an hour tops. We left around 1015 and somehow did not make it to our destination until 130am... The driver went to the complete opposite side of the city near Coney Island and then brought us to another wrong place again!! By the time we got to the club/event we were planning on we decided to not go in because we had 30 min until we had to get back on the bus. So we paid all this money to get to a slice of pizza and get back on the bus... But wait it gets worse... After arriving back to the bus (around 15-18 of us), the driver states his TV is broken and a piece of plastic is broken that holds cups and he is demanding we pay $1500. Keep in mind this piece of plastic looks like it has been glued on 10 times before as it breaks often and they are probably scamming hundreds of dollars for this from others. We also flipped a switch on the control board and magically the TV worked fine (sounds like another scam). After talking on the phone to the owner and coming to an agreement of $300 in damages, we got on the bus and would head back to where we got picked up. Upon arriving at our destination their is about 7 cops along with the owner on the company waiting for us. They called the cops on us for the damage after we agreed to pay $300 and the cops told us that the driver said we threatened him?!?! News to us as none of this happened!!! This is some lies they told the police to aid them in their phony investigation. The cops agreed that the damage was not worth even $100 but we settled on $300 prior. The owner is a liar and a thief. Steer clear of this company. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! read more

WOOHOO! AS GOOD AS IT GETS! SAFE, PROFESSIONAL, RELIABLE, SMART & AND COMPETITIVE PRICES TOO. I rented the Party Bus to take a bunch of 14 year old NYC kids to a pool party in NJ. There were many choices, and my specific requirements were not set in stone. I wanted a rain date, wasn't sure how many people were coming, since my RSVP's weren't back yet. He had several difference sizes of vehicles in his fleet and was most accommodating with all of my ambiguity. I made many calls before I spoke with Keith. He was professional, flexible and I felt truly appreciated my business. There were other companies who when I researched, I found had an F from the better business bureau for a variety of reasons. Keith was on time, agreed to a rain date (thankfully we didn't need that), was flexible to allow us and extra hour and a half, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. He had a very nice way with the kids, was a very safe driver and his vehicles were spotless and very well appointed. He took the extra time to research that the Puerto Rican parade was on the day of my event and allowed more than enough time for any type of traffic delays. Would highly recommend for any limo or party bus transportation needs and will certainly use him again. read more

40th surprise party bus success thanks to Ultimate Party Bus on Jan 24 2015! I recently booked a trip for 12 adults on the 22 passenger party bus and UPB had the best pricing and best customer service out of the other (8) places that I called for quotes and information in NY and NJ. Keith was very accommodating with being available to answer any questions and not rushing me off the phone (despite calling him multiple times) or making me feel like I was inconveniencing him which is something I experienced with the other vendors. He also gave me some advice while I was investigating options and said that it's best to pay for a portion of the bus on the day of the actual event so you in fact get the vehicle you contracted for. This was great advice as another company I was considering in November ended up selling their party buses in early January and they started only offering corporate front-facing seats on their buses with seat-belts which they tried to sell me instead "because they are safer". Luckily, I didn't sign a contract with them that far in advance. It does seem like the inventory of buses at some of these vendors tends to turn over quickly so that might be a concern to verify before you sign up for a specific vehicle. Anyway, despite that place offering better pricing since this was for a 40th birthday party a corporate type of bus was not the scene I was after, so luckily when I called Keith back to make my decision final of going with UPB he still had the smaller party bus with the restroom available and was able to refer me to his winter promotion which is buy 7 hours get 1 free on his website. He also explained how tip, tolls, tax are all included and the cleaning process for his vehicles which was another concern because (having learned the hard way being a guest of other party buses) some buses do not regularly clean their bus bathrooms or buses which can be gross. I had inquired about tips during my research process and Keith seems to pay his drivers in the most fair manner as he offers them a salary and they are ok with a fair tip at the end of the night. There were no hidden fees day so I appreciated all of the upfront details. Also, due to inclement weather, we might have had to cancel the event and when I called Keith in advance to discuss our options he was more then willing to accommodate us with rescheduling without penalty or loss of my deposit. We also needed a few extra hours that we wound up paying in cash. I also appreciated him being flexible, honest and for all his help! His wife (Katie) coordinated the deposit, contract and final credit card payment and worked closely with Keith to confirm the details of our arrangements. She also provided the driver with the detailed hour by hour plan of stops during our trip so he knew the timing of my plans in advance and could keep us on track with the nights activities or let me know when we were off schedule. I highly recommend Keith & Katie from UPB for any of your party bus needs. So here are the cons which were minor inconveniences: 1) the party bus was smaller then expected; luckily our group was only 10/12 people because we had several guests that were on the larger side (Plus puffy winter coats added to size constraints) and I do not believe that any more then 12 would have fit comfortably. Keith did warn me that the number was based on "average" sized people and that for larger guest you should count them as an extra body. I took this into consideration but since we had half the recommended number I didn't give it too much thought however after getting in the bus I was really surprised how we truly filled the space. You might want to do a site inspection (which Keith is more than willing to accommodate) if you are using this for an adult-only event. I could see 20 prom kids squeezing in but not more then 12 large adults (comfortably) in our case. (2) I learned a few minutes before the actual "40th surprise" portion of the event that you were not allowed to spray silly string on the bus or you'd be forced to pay an excessive cleaning fee so that was disappointing (and my bad and I should have clarified in advance.) 3) while we were at the restaurant someone left something on the bus and when they went to check the bus, the bus driver had stepped away and locked the vehicle so it took a few minutes to track him down. Our bus driver was awesome regardless of this fact since he had given me his cell phone # to contact him and since he had to graciously deal with drunken antics and craziness without complaint or annoyance. Again, these were minor in the grand scheme of things so I still highly recommend them but I wanted to provide you with all the information. Beware of companies that don't include the tolls and say their tips are included but really aren't! These drivers need to make a fair living too. July 2018 Wedding. Please Read. I rented a Rolls Royce for my father and I to ride in to the church and for my husband and I to ride in to our reception. I also rented a party bus for my bridesmaids and groomsmen that held 18 people. On the day of my wedding, I receive a call a half hour before I'm supposed to be at the church that the Rolls-Royce AC belt was not working, it was smoking, and a mechanic had to come fix it. Keith, the owner couldn't give us a specific time on how long it would take and I asked him to please keep me in the loop and contact me before the church. No further communication went on like I had asked. This was a total inconvenience and not what I had anticipated to happen. I was immediately filled with anxiety and was given no reassurance that another vehicle would be there in place of the broken down Rolls Royce. When my mom told me the limo was here to pick us up, the party bus was the only vehicle in sight. I thought there would have at least been a back up vehicle; I don't know what company doesn't have a back up plan or more limos in their lot. I would've taken any car at this point, but to not send another car at all?!?! Who does this!?! A special moment was taken away from me because I couldn't exit the vehicle with my dad or have photos taken with my husband. We were fine on the party bus with my bridesmaids, the kids, and my dad and I to the church, but on the way to our venue, it was VERY packed. My brother had to go in a separate car because he couldn't fit and two people were standing on the ride to the venue. People were sitting on each other's laps and I felt so embarrassed. It was very confining and the air conditioning didn't seem like it was working well; we were all sweating and the driver had the windows open. I'm EXTREMELY disappointed in how this played out. The owner Keith only reimbursed me for the one vehicle instead of both. When I expressed how upset I was several times, his short, non-chalant, absolutely unsympathetic reactions made me beyond livid. To him, it wasn't a big deal at all and my words went through one ear and out the other. I will never do business with this company again. They made the best experience for us. Ultimate Party Bus provided punctual service on the day of our wedding and had extremely nice drivers. We booked the 28 person limo for our bridal party and the Rolls for my dad and I. The booking process with Katie was great. She was so personable and sweet and when it came time for the day the drivers were very accommodating and my driver Danny went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and excited going to the church even though I was so nervous.. Reading other reviews, it seems like my experience was TOTALLY out of character for this place, which is unfortunate. I called and booked for a wedding, and gave my credit card information and was told I was "all set". When I emailed today to confirm, I was sent a copy of my confirmation, with a confirmation number. A curious line in the confirmation read "NO DEPOSIT _ DO NOT TAKE DEPOSIT, ALREADY BOOKED FOR THESE HOURS!!!!!!!!!! NO DEPOSIT!!!!!!!!!!!" This confirmation email has ALL my information on it. Direct quote. Anyway, I get an email about 30 minutes later. "We are sorry. Unfortunately this vehicle is no longer available." Which, presents a problem, my wedding being in two weeks, and this being basically the ONLY job I was given by my fiancee and her parents. I call up and speak to Keith and someone named Reina. They said it's their policy that bookings do not become official until a deposit is taken by credit card. I explained that I had given them my credit card number, and was told I was all set. They said no deposit, no reservation. I asked them why they would not have called if they didn't have my credit card information (which I explicitly remember giving to them). He told me to think about it logically, why would he want to track me down for money?? At this point I definitely raised my voice at this guy, but, come on. A 20 second phone call would have cleared this right up. Limoride was able to get me a bus at the last second. Like I said, it looks like they run an awesome business, and I guess you can't please everyone. If you're going to book here, just make sure you get a charge on your credit card. read more

Worst. Company. Ever. Please do yourself a favor and do not use this company for your personal or party travels. I never write reviews on here but trust me when I tell you that this business is terrible and unethical in its practices. My wife and I were married a little over a month ago and being that we were paying for everything ourselves, we decided to save a little bit of money and go with Ultimate Party Bus & Limo in order to rent a Rolls Royce for $395. Sounded like a great deal. Except the driver never showed up. Yes, we walked down the aisle after our vows with everyone congratulating us and the car wasn't there. So we had to call the company (in one of the side rooms of the church) to which we were put on hold by the secretary of this small dysfunctional business. Literally, its our wedding day, you had one job and that was to be there on time and they weren't. So we had to hitch (no pun intended) a ride with one of the bridesmaids and her fiancé. From our own wedding. The owner or manager of this awful company (Keith) sent a very informal to my wife giving a weak apology and no excuse for the situation. Furthermore, I literally had to call the guy to find out what happened after we got back from our honeymoon. He never reached out or called me. When he picked up he sounded half hungover and gave some weak excuse as to how his friend (who was the driver) got stuck in traffic. People came from all over for this wedding. Dude there was no traffic. I don't even care about the excuses, you had one job and that was to be there. The fact that I even had to reach out to him about it, goes to show the terrible business practices of this "so-called" company. We finally got our reimbursement check for the $395 after 2 weeks. And I decided to finally rip this company on Google. Please trust me and save your money and avoid any anxiety by NOT HIRING THIS COMPANY. Avoid Ultimate Party Bus & Limo at all costs! read more

I recently rented a party bus for my daughter's Sweet 16 party. Of course, it turned out to be the coldest night of the year. It worked out great! The girls were so excited, they were dancing and singing on the top of their lungs from the minute they got on the bus until they got off 5 hours later. We stopped at John's Pizza in NYC for dinner, which I also highly recommend. For 15 people, the bill came out to $220 with tip. They also stopped at the M&M Factory and the Toys R Us. We couldn't really take pictures in Times Square or at Rockefeller Center because it was about -10 degrees, but it didn't matter because the Bus was the highlight anyway. They played their own music and had a blast. Thanks to both Katie & Keith for their help in planning a terrific party. Thanks also to our awesome bus driver! My hot wife was turning a big age, and I wanted to do something super cool for her and her friends. So I came to Yelp and looked up where to rent a party bus in NJ. Ultimate Party Bus & Limo got great reviews and renting from them turned out to be one of the night's highlights for all of us! I rented a Party Bus, that comes w/ a bathroom which was perfect for all the hotties on board drinking and partying! It was gorgeous inside, the music system on fire, and the lights were perfect! Our driver was beyond awesome and even came inside our house to help bring stuff to the back of the bus. 16 friends fit comfortably inside and we went to the Starland Ballroom in Slayerville to rock out w/ our Grammy award winning friends in Halestorm. I teamed up w/ the band to throw my wife a killer party! We parked right next to their tour bus and stayed on the bus until they went on stage. The bus was our personal dressing room for the concert, and at one point we had Halestorm, venue friends, and others all inside the bus partying and enjoying the Metal coming from the speakers! After the show we hung for a bit (I threw up) and we ended up making it back to our house safe and partied out! Now our friends don't want to go to another concert w/ us unless we rent a party bus!?! I will rent again from this company in the future and I highly recommend this place to any one of you looking for the best!!! read more

Another Yelp success story. When I googled "NYC party bus" this company came right up on the search results. And for good reason. Keith, Reina and Ray made our experience a memorable one this past week. On very short notice, we landed tickets to the Giants game at MetLife. next, we needed to figure out was how to safely transport 20 adults from the city to and from the game. That's where these guys came in. I simply sent a very brief email on their website and within the hour, had a quote and could begin planning. Unfortunately, my line of work keeps me quite busy all hours of the day and often into the night. Keith (the owner) fielded my emails and calls late into the night on a week night to make sure our group was ready for the weekend. Game day arrived, which is where we meet Ray. Of course, until the driver and vehicle arrive, you remain a little skeptical. Everything was SO easy, too easy! Ray made it even better. He got us to and from MetLife extremely fast and was a pleasure. He helped us set up our tailgate, and then got the bus in shape for our ride back following the game. We arrived back to a clean bus for a comfortable ride home. All in all, an A+ day made all the better by a great party bus company! read more

Recently booked the 18 person bus for 14 people from NYC to Atlantic City. These guys were super professional, easy to coordinate with, and everything was exactly as advertised (and better). It's worth noting that the bus we had (18-20) bumps around a LOT on the highway. It was waaay rowdier than I could have possibly imagined. I'm not sure there's much of any suspension on that bad boy. But, it was an amazing venue for us, had that wow factor you want, and our driver was the man. He really was. I was pleading with the guy to let me help him clean it out more before we left and he just wasn't having it. Really enjoyed the trip and service. read more

Booking was easy; they upgraded our party of 17 to the bus that seats 28 and even let me know about a pricing special I would have missed. The driver was terrific. He was happy to go out preferred route...and even made suggestions of sights to drive by on the way to our destination. They steal your money the day before an event, even after you cancel a month of ahead of time because they claim they couldn't rent their bus during the holiday season. It is understandable to loose a deposit but to get a charge the day before the event, for the full amount it is unethical with or without a contract. I would not recommend them even if their services were good, simply because as a business owner myself this does not sit right with me and I would never charge my customers for something they never used. That is like buying an item, returning it and the company still charging you because,they couldn't resell it. It is not a consumers responsibility to pay a company because they are not popular enough during the very busy holiday season. They can't even provide real proof that someone else wanted the bus the same day I booked during the 1 and a half i had it booked. So this company only stays afloat because no matter if you use them or not they still charge you the full amount so they make out every time. I do not say this lightly when I say DO NOT use this company on your wedding day. I have never written a poor review as my dads a business owner and I get it. Customers usually always find something to complain about. However I need to spread the word about this company. I rented a party bus and a Rolls Royce 6 months before my wedding. The Rolls was meant to drive me and my Dad separately. Walking outside my house at 230, I did not see the car, although the company told me that it should be there 10-15 minutes before scheduled pick up. I receive a call from the driver at 2:32 (minded we need to leave the house by 2:30) telling me he's going to be late. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE and not something a Bride should have to deal with on her wedding day. The driver should have called 30-45 min early to tell me he couldn't make it and I would have found alternative transportation. Ended up forgetting the whole thing and drove in the party bus with everyone else. Thank you for the unprofessionalism. Will never ever ever use this company or recommend to anyone else. read more

I recently used this service for a 15 passenger party bus rental. It was a 9.5 hour bachelorette party winery tour extravaganza, and I was super impressed with the pricing, value and service provided. Booking the bus was easy, and it was confirmed in full a week out. I appreciated that the cost didn't come with additional charges like a lot of the other places include in their rates. The bus was exceptional - clean, well stocked, good A/C, excellent sound system, etc. The driver was patient, on time and always ready when we wanted to move on to the next stop.
