Let me briefly state, before any arrangements was rendered the vehicle was brought over to our home (this was because he was in the area) for inspection and the insurance carrier who insures his vehicle was revealed, just to ease my fears. Most importantly, his pricing was GREAT. We attended a Yacht party in New York City on Saturday, July 21st. Pick up from Orange County, NY to Lower Manhattan, NY. He was on time 10:00 p.m. (although some of the guess were late) he waited and did not make a fuss. The car was clean and well stocked with water and soda upon arrival. When we were in the limo we were able to connect to his Wi-Fi to play music from our mobile devices. His mannerism was very professional as well as his attire. Each guess, were greeted with a smile and had the door open for them when entering the car. Pick up, 4:30 a.m. in Lower Manhattan, driver again was on time and professional and he even made a relief stop because we were all having a good time at the event. We hired this transportation service to provide shuttle transportation for our family during a…read morefuneral. We expected professionalism, compassion, and respect during an extremely difficult time. Unfortunately, our experience was the opposite. While family members and children were inside the funeral home saying their final goodbyes to their deceased mother, the owner and driver entered the funeral home to confront the daughter about rules regarding food and car seats. These rules had already been communicated to us, and we had already agreed to follow them. The timing and approach were extremely inappropriate given the circumstances. After leaving the funeral home, the owner again confronted our family about the same rules. We calmly explained that we understood the expectations and were willing to comply, but asked for some empathy given that we were walking out of a funeral and preparing to go to the church. Instead of de-escalating, the situation continued to escalate. As we were loading car seats, the owner physically pushed a four-year-old child out of the way in order to get to her vehicle door and close it, despite the car seats already having been removed. Multiple members of our group attempted to calm the situation so we could simply proceed to the church, but she continued escalating the interaction. The owner then called the police and claimed she had been assaulted. Officers arrived, assessed the situation, and determined that her allegations were unfounded. Because of this incident, the transportation service we had arranged and prepaid for was not provided. Our family was forced to drive our own vehicles behind the hearse to the church and cemetery. Many people were unprepared for this sudden change, had limited fuel, and were left scrambling during an already emotional day. During the incident, the owner stated that she had undergone brain surgery approximately three weeks earlier and suggested this contributed to her behavior. We cannot comment on her medical condition, but this statement, combined with what occurred, was concerning. Additionally, during a very short drive to retrieve the children's car seats, we personally witnessed the driver drive directly into oncoming traffic, creating a near-collision where another vehicle almost struck the van. This was alarming and raised serious concerns about safety. After the incident, the company posted photos of our family on Facebook along with additional claims about what occurred. The posts included photos of crumbs left behind from children's car seats, which were presented as an issue. Considering the passengers included toddlers and the transportation service was never completed, we found these posts to be unnecessary and unprofessional, especially involving a grieving family. We paid for this service in advance and have not received a refund despite not receiving the transportation we paid for. We understand businesses have rules and expectations, and our family was willing to follow them. The issue was not the rules themselves, but the lack of professionalism, compassion, and appropriate communication during a funeral. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this service.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had. The bus was to pick us up at 10 and he was on time,…read morethe driver seemed cool and we like him. We are about 30 min away from the city normal drive, so by bus we figured an hour tops. We left around 1015 and somehow did not make it to our destination until 130am... The driver went to the complete opposite side of the city near Coney Island and then brought us to another wrong place again!! By the time we got to the club/event we were planning on we decided to not go in because we had 30 min until we had to get back on the bus. So we paid all this money to get to a slice of pizza and get back on the bus... But wait it gets worse... After arriving back to the bus (around 15-18 of us), the driver states his TV is broken and a piece of plastic is broken that holds cups and he is demanding we pay $1500. Keep in mind this piece of plastic looks like it has been glued on 10 times before as it breaks often and they are probably scamming hundreds of dollars for this from others. We also flipped a switch on the control board and magically the TV worked fine (sounds like another scam). After talking on the phone to the owner and coming to an agreement of $300 in damages, we got on the bus and would head back to where we got picked up. Upon arriving at our destination their is about 7 cops along with the owner on the company waiting for us. They called the cops on us for the damage after we agreed to pay $300 and the cops told us that the driver said we threatened him?!?! News to us as none of this happened!!! This is some lies they told the police to aid them in their phony investigation. The cops agreed that the damage was not worth even $100 but we settled on $300 prior. The owner is a liar and a thief. Steer clear of this company. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!

He had several difference sizes of vehicles in his fleet and was most accommodating with all of my ambiguity. I made many calls before I spoke with Keith. He was professional, flexible and I felt truly appreciated my business. There were other companies who when I researched, I found had an F from the better business bureau for a variety of reasons. Keith was on time, agreed to a rain date (thankfully we didn't need that), was flexible to allow us and extra hour and a half, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. He had a very nice way with the kids, was a very safe driver and his vehicles were spotless and very well appointed. He took the extra time to research that the Puerto Rican parade was on the day of my event and allowed more than enough time for any type of traffic delays.
