We had a wonderful experience with Platinum Limo and it began right from the initial response time for a requested quote. Rob displayed fantastic customer service through knowledge, fast and thorough responses, and polite communication. The day of our event, Donovan (our driver) showed up early and with a smile. Donovan was very nice and accommodating to all of our party members requests. He navigated the city traffic on a busy holIday season weekend with such ease and got us to and from every location safely and promptly. Used this company recently for my wedding. When I originally asked for a Friday they told me they were having staffing issues on Friday's so they didn't want to book me until that was cleared up. I appreciated the honesty and was willing to wait and see. They never got back to me about availability and then out of nowhere they sent me a contract. I emailed them back asking if the staffing issue was resolved for Friday's because I hadn't heard and I didn't want to sign a contract if it was possible I would not have a driver last minute. The email I received back was pretty rude and said "we resolved that before sending you a contract". I proceeded with their services anyway because they were close to our venue, had the large vehicle we needed and were reasonable. They ended up putting a random time in the contract for pick up and so the week leading up to the wedding I clarified pick up time to go to the venue and what time the wedding was over. They showed up 30 mins late. The driver was nasty and aggressive to my bridal party immediately. Then when he came to pick us up he got the time wrong again and showed up 30 mins early. He was annoyed he had to wait until 11 even though it was his fault he was early and so he proceeded to stand in the parking lot screaming at everyone to get on the bus. He also refused to stop for beer for the groom who was on board. I emailed the company to inform them of the driver they had working for them and apparently it was the owner or manager of the company because he is who returned my email. I was very nice and professional and he shot me back a nasty, unprofessional email refuting everything I said. I will not recommend or use this company again. read more

All other unprofessionalism aside (and there was plenty), this is was the email response that decided for us to NOT use this company: "Just not understanding the point of a first look taking place at the church. The set up for this church they park cars on the grass. All the guests will see this first look as some arrive very early. When we normally do a first look its at a place separate from the church. Also after the ceremony 1:30-2:30. What did you plan on doing till 5pm if you have already taken your pictures prior to the ceremony even starting? " A.) We can have our First Look wherever we choose and should not be "argued with" about it -- we are Paying you to drive, not give your opinions B.) Our ceremony is not going to take an hour C.) We never said we were going to take "all our pictures" prior to the ceremony, so their last "question" is wildly inaccurate D.) We gave them a timeline, which included the 12:45pm First Look and the 1:30pm ceremony -- their response was "12:50-5pm" would work great -- odd, since we would need you to pick us up Before 12:45 (never did we say 12:50 Anywhere) E.) No greeting, no closing, no signature in any of the "professional" emails that were sent F.) 1 or 2 sentence responses, sometimes not even full sentences G.) Not answering simple, to-the-point questions and/or making us ask the same thing over and over because the responded is not paying attention to what we actually wrote Will NOT do business with this company. read more

Platinum limo service is great rob is a great guy. Always on time and reliable. And accommodating I also have used platinum to have people taken to locations. My travel agent has called platinum for me and made special accommodations. I wanted to have a car pick up and drop off my aunt and uncle a restaurant 35 mins away. My agent already made the reservations pervious to finding a car service. Platinum was great had no problem making the arrangement 1 day before the reservation. Which saved me because I already had dinner paid for at the restaurant. If I remember correctly it was $90 or $100 a hr. My aunt and uncle told me they really enjoyed them selves the driver was great and funny.they also told me the crystler 300 was black and very nice inside. My goal was to make my aunt and uncle have a good night while I was away on business and platinum did a great job at that. I do highly recommend using them. read more

I used Platinum Limo for transportation for a bachelorette party. Initially I had great response from Rob via email setting up my reservation and planning the itinerary pickup/drop off and we identified a first stop, with some flexibility on where we went next. As the date got closer I tried to confirm and it seemed like no one was 100% sure about my reservation, I had to reconfirm the itinerary, and they did not know who would be my driver for the night when I called a day in advance. Would have given 5 stars if I wasn't a little worried leading up to the event. The night of, everything went really well!! Our driver, Rawlie, arrived on time and with an umbrella for us to walk us to the limo at each stop. He was courteous, and allowed me to text him as we were ready to leave and send him addresses of our next destinations. A+++ Service. read more

I used Platinum Limousine for my 10/13 wedding. The party bus was a huge hit with my wedding party, the drivers were on time, courteous and all around nice guys! We also rented the princess for my husband and I to take after the ceremony back to our reception site. The car was clean and beautiful and stocked with water and champagne, we could even plug our phones into the car to listen to our own music which really made things special. The driver even took a couple of photos while the photographer was taking them and emailed them to us which was so sweet! They were great shots too :) I would highly, highly recommend their services to anyone. They were super easy to deal with as far as the contract and payment and everything else goes. 5 stars, A+, 100%!! read more

We hired Platinum Limo for our daughter and 7 of her friends to take them to their senior prom. The vehicle was a Mercedes Sprinter Van . The driver, Heather was terrific and made the teens feel safe. She showed up early, the van was spotless , and she showed up to pick them up 30 minutes before the scheduled ending in case the kids were exhausted and "prommed our" which they were. She even gave my daughter her number to text her if they needed to leave earlier. The Kids all gave Heather and the limo 2 thumbs up . The price was reasonable and all inclusive. The van was not a high end party van but it served this purpose well and the kids were able to play their music. I would use Platinum again and again ! read more
