We'll check and fill things like motor oil (up to 1 quart), windshield washer fluid, power steering, transmission, battery fluid, and even your tire pressure. No catch. No appointment. Just quick help to keep your vehicle running strong. (Antifreeze not included in the free refill program.)" The first guy didn't even know how to open my hood. The second guy reluctantly did so, then came to my window and said, "just so you know, we don't do top off's here." I told him that I had specifically checked the website before coming to ensure that Grease Monkey does this and his reply was "well, the website is wrong. You are only entitles to a 1 quart oil top-off during a service, not other top off's anytime. Besides, we aren't set up to do that anyway." I told him I also go to Kenmore and they don't have any problems with it since it IS Grease Monkey's policy, they just fill a jug and bring the fluid to the car if the bay is full." His reply "well, go there then. We don't do that here." and proceeded to walk away. Think outside the box, buddy, and know your work policies. 1 star at best for the 1-time semi top-off of wiper fluid. Zero stars for customer service. Won't be back. Won't refer anyone to this location. Wouldn't trust them with any other services either.

I'm extremely pleased with the care they took from beginning to end, everything was done in a timely and thorough manner. They actually care about their customers and they have a great team over there. I was assigned to repair advisor, Jeff who was great to work with. He managed the entire repair process from ordering parts, submitting insurance authorizations and overseeing quality control. I frequently spoke with Raye who often provided repair updates, car rental coordinations, she was very friendly and helpful. The manager, Lisa was also very professional and accommodating. This is an excellent repair shop and I highly recommend everyone use them for their vehicle repairs.

    1-Star Review I had…read morea very disappointing experience with this body shop that I feel compelled to share. On July 22, 2025, I came in to get a repair estimate after a hit-and-run, as part of my State Farm insurance claim. The staff inspected my vehicle, provided a printed estimate, and I agreed to schedule the repair for the following Tuesday. I signed a standard repair agreement and left. The next morning--less than 24 hours later--I contacted State Farm to let them know I had changed my mind and preferred a payout so I could handle the repair on my own. State Farm immediately contacted the shop to cancel the appointment. That's when the problems started. The shop claimed they had already ordered parts and demanded a restocking fee, even though: * No one told me verbally or in writing that there would be any cancellation or restocking fees; * I never authorized them to order parts immediately; * The cancellation occurred less than a day after I got the estimate. When I asked them to waive the fee given the short timeline and lack of disclosure, they refused. Worse, they are now refusing to send the estimate to my insurance company, which is delaying my claim payment. It feels like I'm being held hostage over a fee I never agreed to, just for exercising my right to cancel. This kind of business practice--hiding fees and then withholding documentation--is unacceptable. I expected honest, transparent service, but instead I've been met with obstruction and unfair demands. I cannot recommend this shop and will be filing a formal complaint with the state and pursuing legal action if necessary.
