I've never been pleased with their car wash. Always missing spots no wiping wet spots after. Always missed spots and dirty wheels. The problem is they are more then most area car washers and their product is sub par. The only reason I go is because its close to where i live. read more

They don't advertise it but they have a $4 wash [plus tax]. It's almost as good as the $6 one. You may have to hand wipe the back [for both the $6and $4 wash. read more

I take both of my cars here when I don't have time to hand wash it myself. Brushless CW for about 20$ plus a tip (don't be one of those who don't) you get a quality wash, wipe down, air freshener and a shine on your tires. Nice kids and they do a good job. read more

Car came out clean--sort of confusing when you pull in blocking others trying to get out--but someone pointed us that we could use both sides--signs might be nice--both lanes open--as 4 cars were all in a row on one side. Gentle,man helping us was nice. We thought we got the shammy with our wash--have to research better next time, oh well we saved our tip money! Car looks good! read more

I expected much better service at this location, reading some reviews from people. Brushless sounds great, so I drove there on my older car Lexus RX 350 to see how they do and planning to come after on my newer car. But my expectations were wrong. Maybe because that was a sunny day in January and there was many people wishing to wash their cars, but for $18 I paid, I thought, my car will be clean and shiny. I went through the washing process, and when my car came out on the green light, I was waiting for someone with towel to come up and dry it out with a towel, especially, they really do have a soap with some wax, the cars should be wiped with towels right away! Well, nobody came to wipe my car with towel instead one guy ( a manager or supervisor) came and told to get out of way. I asked him to wipe it, he went somewhere then came back and told me "you are all done, please go". I could not believe! I was not in mood to argue, and drove home. In 10 minutes I was at home and by that time my car was dry. I had no desire to go there with my second car, of course. The day after, I was driving in little rain/shower on the freeway, so all the General Brushless "great job" results came out!! No, my car did not get dirt, it just got wet! I could not believe my eyes! All wax lines were all over my dark green car! My car was looks much worse then while I was driving for a whole month in rain! Do you think I will be back to General Brushless Car Wash? NO!! Maybe, if you go there on the rainy day, and they would have no other customers, you will be lucky to get your car wiped with clean dry towels, you will like it! Liar, liar, pants onfire! It is NOT, I repeat NOT, a brushless car wash. They have added three spinning brushes, for the top and sides. An OK wash for a brushed wash, but it will beat up your finish and wax. I paid $11.00 expecting a brushless wash. That's not what I got. I will never , never go back. read more

So i been coming here since i moved to Washington. Its a little more expensive than others because it asks you for 3$ to start not like brown-bear that starts with a quarter. But let me tell you it is completely worth it!! They have this nice deal where if you put a dollar bill it gives you a token thats actually worth 1.25 on the machine! If you put a 5 dollar bill (witch is what you probably spend anyway) it gives you a your 5 tokens PLUS one free!! So do the math and you get a lot of your moneys worth! Now the options to wash your car are completely awesome although it takes a while to understand what is what. The wax is so great! Leaves my car so nice unlike any other carwash I've seen! Now the main reason why i decided to write a review is of today what happened. A machine ate two of my tokens and kept spitting the third one out. I went to the guy that is working there told him what happened IMMEDIATELY started walking with me and was completely respectful and dint even question me any thing right away opened the machine gave me my tokens back PLUS he put a couple more extra just " because of my troubles" i said thank you and his response was sir you are very welcome sorry for the troubles. Wow i was so impressed how he behaved its nearly i possible to see that nowadays! I should of asked his name... Oh well a 20$ tip for helping me i think is a good day for all of us. read more

I go to the self wash section of you're establishment every weekend unless frozen or snowing conditions.This Sunday morning I was there as usual.The first bay was available,after 12 tokens, I gave up.I couldn't get the machine to rinse the soap of my vehicle.I finally found a young man at the drive thru apparently My problem was not very important to him So without any resolve I took it home and re-washed it.I have been a loyal customer and loved the convince of being able to clean my my auto in an environmentally safe Eco place.thank you for you're service but I won't be back. I'll probably use my driveway instead and worry about the environment latter. Corey O read more

these guys are great. they are a long term family owned business with employees that stay on for year, they are always willing to come out and help you out, make things right and on top of it, they have purple suds. cant beat it read more

First, the employees were very friendly (hence my 1 star) but other than that I was very underwhelmed with my experience. When I arrived I asked what all the options were and the guy brought back a menu of 3 different options. I selected the #1 which was the most expensive of the three at $18 and some change. At the end of the automatic wash was two employees drying off cars and cleaning tires, however the line was long and I couldn't wait my turn without getting rear ended by the car in the automatic wash behind me so I went to vacuum. Once that was done, I got back in line for the dry/tires just to be told that's not the package I bought, but the "supreme"...there was no supreme listed on the menu I was given and I bought the priciest option. At this point it's slammed, there's no where to turn around and check my car for anything unsatisfactory, so I left. Once I got home I was sad to find that it looked like the entire lift gate and ledge weren't even touched by the auto wash - the lift gate and ledge were still filthy and dirty. I basically paid $20 to drive my car thru a 30 second automatic wash that didn't even fully wash my car...Unfortunately I feel like I completely wasted my money and I won't be returning. On the upside I found out after the fact when purchasing a paint touch up pen, that my local Mazda dealer does free car washes so I'll be going to them from now on. read more

What a pleasant surprise when I pulled up to fill up on gas and a very polite young man pumped my gas for me! Now that is customer service! I had never used this car wash before and was very happy with the results on my red Toyota. If you are looking for a place who will detail every inch of your car with a toothbrush, this is not the place for you...but if you want friendly service and a nice quick wash that gets your car clean, this is as good as it gets. read more

In this horrible Washington weather that we have had lately, I haven't been up for a carwash. The last time I had my car washed was at Brown Bear where I had to wait 10 minutes for help and then another 5 minutes for my car to be washed. So that pretty much ended my washes for awhile. Untill yesterday I pull into General carwash and was so happy with what had happend! A young man came rushing to my car and asked for exactly what I wanted, pumped my gas for me, which was amazing, and then sent me off to the wash. Simple as that! After coming out of this fine carwash, I was speechless. Best carwash that you will find anywhere in the Everett/Seattle area. read more

You looking for a get in, get out kind of wash? Then this is your kind of wash. If you don't care if your car is clean, this is your kind of car wash. They get your car out so fast. I have a Toyota 4Runner. I went through this car wash today and got home, looked at the job and was very disappointed. Sure they would've gave it another go through for free.. but i would have to drive all the way back there. Have you ever been out of WASH & go to a car wash.. oh boy i have been through some good ones.. BUT General Car Wash.. is thumbs down in my book. :( read more
