I FINALLY FOUND IT FOLKS!!!…read more I've been going to Refresh Nail Spa since winter 2023, after searching for salons that offer drill-free manicures and focus on natural nail care like IBX treatments. I ended up finding Bernadette, an independent nail tech who works there--and she's been an absolute gem. While she does use a drill (contrary to what I originally searched for), she's incredibly skilled, gentle, and precise--so much so that it never damages my nails. Her technique is both efficient and mindful, striking the perfect balance between machine and hand filing. Initially, I was getting regular gel manicures, but Bernadette truly cares about nail health, and she suggested switching to builder gel (BIAB). It was a game-changer. Builder gel doesn't require soaking off and allows for continuous fills--meaning you can build on top of your last set without compromising nail integrity. Since switching, my nails have grown so long, strong, and healthy, and a single BIAB manicure can last me up to 6 weeks! Beyond nails, Bernadette is a wonderful person--easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and deeply caring. She also specializes in pedicures for clients with diabetes or other health conditions, which speaks volumes about her expertise and sensitivity to clients' unique needs. If you're looking for a thoughtful, health-conscious nail experience, I highly recommend Refresh Nail Spa and Bernadette in particular. My monthly visits have become something I genuinely look forward to.

CiCi nails has been my go to salon for my nail and pedicure services. One thing is for sure, ALL of…read morethe technicians can do a great pedicure. The one thing that has changed is that the staff are branching out in doing other services, which is a good thing as I have noticed an increase in clientele. They have also expanded their services as well. They now offer, in addition to their numerous natural nail, artificial nail, pedicure and waxing services, skin care treatments (a plethora of facial types), eyelash extensions, full body massages and spa packages. The location is nice and clean, but there is only one treatment room in the back so those services that they now offer could be cumbersome for them if multiple people come and want massages, facials or eyelash extensions at the same time. Anywhoo, they offer complimentary snacks and soft drinks and they even have a pedicure chair for the little ones to feel good when getting a pedicure. All in all, a good place to get nail services as I have yet to partake in any of the expanded menu items, but will update when I do.

The Z's are two different sizes. I got these done 4 days ago and somehow almost every nail looks like ive worn them for about 2 weeks theres either so much excess nail(?) on the side of some fingers or the nail just doesnt go all the way up to the cuticle. Some i can even see my real nail on the side which ive also never had. very disappointed and i will find another salon to go to.

I rarely get a chance to sit in Victoria's chair because she's always so busy, but I received a blessing on Saturday. Victoria Is fast, efficient, and GOODT! I had powder on my nails and I wasn't a fan of it because they were so thick last time. She showed me what it should look like on her own nails and suggested we do it since I was about to go on maternity leave and needed something that would last at least a month.
