So from my times here, I can say that the staff members have all been very attentive & easy to talk to, (ask questions) & knowledgeable. They all seem to work seamlessly together & be on the same page, which definitely seems to speed up any possible wait times. Also, knowing that I won't be pressured into all the dreaded unknown upselling (I have always seemed to run into with a few other companies) puts my anxiety in check! I also came prepared with some Micky D's breakfast cuz ya boy was hungry. So anyway, fast forward 10 minutes and while I'm munching on my McMuffins, Sean and I are talking casually about stuff. Kitchen Nightmares is on and Gordon Ramsay is going in on some crappy chef. Sean's like "I'm pretty sure your McDonald's breakfast sandwiches taste A-1 compared to that restaurant's crap right now." In between our conversation he politely asked me to sign off and review what he was charging me for, didn't try to upsell me, sell me anything useless, or any additional fluff. He also didn't rush me out of there either. So I able to take my time and enjoy the deliciousness I had brought with me. All in all I spent about 15-20 minutes tops. The process was fast and easy. 15/10 would chat and chill with Sean again. Oh yeah and my car was fine. And I paid about $45 for the whole thing (smog check). "It seems like quality has taken a dive man, all these shops are trying to screw you out of your money. You come in for brakes, they try and sell you a tune up with it.
