He did everything remotely and we just discussed my computer issues over the phone while he took over my machine right in front of me. The first time I called him about whether my computer could be repaired or I needed a new one, he took over my machine and examined it remotely, spent some time talking to me, and didn't even charge me! After I got my new machine he helped me transfer a few things and spent a ton of time with me, even after business hours, for a very reasonable price. I will never use anyone else!

I called Ryan and Chris about it. Chris came out to my house, picked it up, took it to his space to check it out. He called me that night and let me know it needed a $700 part from Apple, more than the budget I'd suggested. I said thanks but let's forget it. Chris delivered it back to my house the next day and didn't charge me anything. How are you going to get more honest, transparent, caring service than that?

We had been traveling for two hours coming back from a mini vacation out of state, so we were thrilled to hear that my husband's cracked iPhone screen could get replaced and repaired in about 15 minutes. It was fixed in 10 minutes, if that. The storefront is clean and well organized. There is also music playing which was a nice touch. I would totally recommend coming here if you need any iPhone repairs. I think they offer additional services as well, (see my pictures). The two people working there (I didn't catch their names) were personable and very friendly. A real pleasure to do service with. Go on their website and enter your email prior to coming, you can get 10% off an iPhone repair with it. If we have any issues with either of our phones in the future, we will totally be back.

got BSOD of on laptop. could not remedy myself no matter what i tried. brought here, guys charged…read more$85 for diagnostic charge. ok fine. said they were gonna replace hard drive which i believe was total BS because 3 days later they called said it was fixed, after paying additional $165.oo. got home tried it next day and it was worse. couldnt even open windows, or any files. brought it back. 2 days later got it back. seemed to work fine for 2-3 times i used it then froze up and crashed again. so i was without internet for 2 weeks and was about to bring it somewhere else, then decided to just reset it myself. it worked. and still works fine. that was in mid September. dont trust these thieves. i wouldnt recommend them.

It is a rarity to find a business you can trust who doesn't take advantage of you for your lack of knowledge. He works out of his house, but that is one way he keeps his pricing very competitive. I never have to get out of my car, which is important in these times. He is also available to come to your home if necessary and can do Intranet, modem, router, etc. troubleshooting, repairs and installations. Good to know!
