Ryan and William were so patient and knowledgeable they helped me work through the process and showed me how to use the program and also download the media to the flash drive. They were professional and empathetic when dealing with me and my Limited knowledge of computer programs they made it simple. They only charged me $69.00 plus I forgot how to format the flash drive I called them back a week later and they walked me through the process and did not charge me. The only negative is the parking for the store because you need to park behind the building and climb a number of stairs but it is worth the small hassle for the great service I received so if your looking for a good group of techs that care give them a try. They were communicative and helpful while they had it, and let me know that they couldn't replicate the issue, likely chalking it up to debris in the fans they were happy to clean out. Since there wasn't a problem they said no charge, but also notified me of a different issue they encountered while working. They explained the issue and the risks it did (and didn't!) pose (and importantly didn't try to sell it as an issue I had to imminently fix immediately!). They explained what would be needed for a fix and a cost estimate, and two days later (one of which was just waiting for a part to arrive) I now have my repaired and fully functional laptop for exactly the estimated price. I called Ryan and Chris about it. Chris came out to my house, picked it up, took it to his space to check it out. He called me that night and let me know it needed a $700 part from Apple, more than the budget I'd suggested. I said thanks but let's forget it. Chris delivered it back to my house the next day and didn't charge me anything. How are you going to get more honest, transparent, caring service than that?
