You can't get better care or service, and I'm talking about skill, personal touch, and price -- the whole package. Here's my most recent experience: I have a MacBook with a dead screen. I called Ryan and Chris about it. Chris came out to my house, picked it up, took it to his space to check it out. He called me that night and let me know it needed a $700 part from Apple, more than the budget I'd suggested. I said thanks but let's forget it. Chris delivered it back to my house the next day and didn't charge me anything. How are you going to get more honest, transparent, caring service than that?

I first came across this place when I cracked my iPhone screen and was looking for a repair shop in this area. They were not only cheaper than the other local place, but he took my repair right away and was able to get me in and out quickly! We've all been there...the dreaded moment when your screen breaks is annoying as it is, let alone having to waste time waiting for it to get fixed! Their prices were actually way cheaper than any other places I've been to when I was living out of state. My phone worked perfectly after the repairs as well. While I was waiting, I was asking the guy about computers as my own dinosaur laptop was getting slower and slower, and I was afraid I was going to have to bite the bullet and buy a new one soon. I have since recommend here to my mother-in-law when she broke her phone and she was very happy with them as well! I would definitely use them again!
