    I came in and was ultra quickly greeted by Micah who was incredibly friendly and fast getting me…read moresetup with a genius. The first time I got Arrington and he was a real one. First of all he was incredibly honest with me and helped me explore my options with zero pressure. I came in for a cracked screen two weeks before my finals he could have easily sold me a new computer on the spot but let me know I had more options and discussed them with me. Instead of buying a new computer like I had expected to need he checked out my MacBook and let me know my screen wasn't all that bad and that they could order parts and id save over a grand. He was so helpful and relatable to my college finals panic. I appreciate what a good impression he left on me. When the parts came in they called me and let me know that I could bring my computer in for repair. I asked if they could hold the parts for a little longer until I made it through my last final of the semester, to which they accommodated for me. When I brought it back in to get dropped off Micah again was friendly and got me situated to turn the laptop over for repair with their genius in the Avatar tattoos. He was straightforward and helped me get everything squared away quickly. The experience was really great and incredibly simple. Coming in has been fast, honest and the whole store is clean and comfortable.

    Really easy to get set up with DIRECTVstream new streaming services! It was get my Drivers…read moreLicense, Set Up An Account with my Phone Number verify with a PIN, Enter My SSN for Verification put My Alaska Airlines Credit Card as a Autopay/Draft account and then scan in the 2 Boxes that I added unlimited DVR Storage so I can record as much as I want! Boom in like under 20 Minutes I was walking out with my 2 boxes which didn't take me long to set up at home in my Living Room and Master Bedroom. Mom and Daughter can stream to their smart TV's through their Tablets or Phones. I was hoping LG Smart TV's had an App for DIRECTVstream ready to go but they don't yet kinda bummed about that but it has a workaround hence the 4 Stars. GCI was forcing us off their TIVO Cable platform in Potter Vally & Highlands by March 21 so after investigation of the channels and hearing bad things about Yukon TV I looked at SlingTV and Others but decided on DIRECTVstream. I could see that there were others waiting to get help who were there before me. no one approached me to ask if I needed anything, unlike gci , or apple, was there an easy way to get yourself in cue. For Christ sake even the inept dmv and my bank has a way to put yourself in cue. I had to be assertive and and interrupt an interaction to get myself. And the guy before me, in cue. The list of those in cue is out of sight of direct vision of the employees who have no way of knowing how far. Shins they are getting. I listened for 10 minutes while JASON talked 9mm caliber cartridges and politics with a customer. While the waiting list got longer. Seriously? I'd love to talk 9mm and hunting .,,,but I wouldn't do it at work in front of people needing service. Gimme a break. How unprofessional. If I were his boss this would have been his last day. I called their phone number twice to try to get a manager to come out and get Jason going in serving...not bullshitting. I watched another employee hang up,on me twice because they didn't want to take the call.. So I interjected. And explained... That I was the one calling to complain to whatever managerial,,,,if any...control there was over JASON She Called into the back and two more assistants came out to assist in the lineup. I might add. The dude in front of me got tired of waiting and left the store. You'd think in this economic competitive environment... That ATT would take a more serious stance on gaining. And KEEPING customers. JASON. What a joke. Fire his ass! Enabling assistants to hang up on me and send me back to the recording cue.... Stop that. I've already been tempted to give Verizon a chance.... Heads up. This is a reason..... Bad business.
