"It's true. All of it...it's all true" - Han Solo That's what I said to myself as Golan and his team networked my new house. I had read so many reviews, all glowing about how amazing Golan was and what an amazing job he had done and I thought "Ok ok sure, he probably got a few people to do some reviews but I want to know what he's REALLY like. Not EVERY experience can be glowing". Well...I guess I was wrong, because Golan lived up to every single positive review he has and surpassed it. He came out to the house and did a thorough inspection to help me determine the best place to drop in ethernet hardlines and never once said "nope, Impossible...can't do it". He would just say "hmmm...that's a tricky one, but I think I have an idea". He always had solutions and ultimately, he was able to get me ethernet in every single room I wanted, even the ones that seemed incredibly difficult. On the day of the installation, he showed up early to get his team familiar with the house and was ready to go right at the promised start time. He was so fast and efficient that I almost forgot at one point that he was there! If that wasn't enough, I called an audible and asked if i could add one more drop in a room we hadn't talked about in the quote, and he didn't even flinch and added the drop for no extra charge. After the installation was done, he stayed behind while his team cleaned up and made sure every single drop worked to its maximum capacity. Even after that, he answered a few tech questions I had about some intercoms in my house...not for an extra charge, but just because he has a genuinely curious nature and was excited to play with them and see if they worked. Overall...the reviews are all true. Moving into this new house has meant doing a ton of work and working with a ton of contractors. Almost every single one of them has given me a headache and a problem....except for Golan. He is the gold standard and I would call him back out for any of my tech needs in a heartbeat. read more

My internet access stopped Thanksgiving night. Working with the ISP, I got the signal back as far as the modem. The router seemed OK but wouldn't connect to the range extenders. Because of the construction of the house, it meant no internet access except where it came into the house. I reached Golan directly on the Friday and got an appointment for Tuesday. I believed there was something seriously wrong in the wifi system as it had not responded at all to basic "first aid:" restarting, reconnecting, rebooting, etc. Golan took the system home and worked on it until he established a specific product defect in the router, the likely cause of the whole fiasco. We discussed alternative wifi solutions. Ultimately I bought new equipment to patch into my system. Golan has just finished installing it, helping me set up the app to manage it and speed checking it. His price was more than reasonable. Throughout he was polite, informative, helpful, hardworking and cheerful. All questions were good. All requests met. I have never been happier with a supplier. Most hate conundrums.
