Because of all the hype about the movie, we rearranged our schedules for a weekday matinee so we could see it before the rest of the Internet got to weigh in on it. It's a long film, nearly three hours, and just after the second hour mark the power went out in the theater. After minimal communication about receiving a raincheck and refund, the power came back on after about fifteen minutes. We received no further announcements until audience members left the theater to find out themselves that the system would take more than an hour to completely reboot. We couldn't continue to wait and shift our days around to see the ending of the movie so we took rainchecks and waited for the refund to come back on the purchasing card. This refund never arrived, and it took us a week to be able to clear our selchedules again to use our rainchecks. In that time, we have had to do exactly what we wanted to avoid by seeing the movie opening day and avoid any mention of the film. Seeing a movie, especially an anticipated one on the morning of the day of release, is more than the ticket purchased to your customers. I feel like we were actually punished for going to your theater to see a movie we were excited to experience with all the other people who showed up on opening day. Handing us a raincheck and not even responding to emails that our party sent you, telling us the conversation is over, is not good business practice and I will make sure to go out of my way to avoid this chain just like you made me avoid the discourse I really wanted to engage in this week.

I will always order this when I see it and this was good! 4) Honey Mustard Chicken Sandwich: -You get a choice of fries or tots. We got the tots. -It's made with bacon, Swiss cheese, tomato, and onion. -It's alike a nice twist and upgrade to a grilled cheese sandwich. Sweetness from honey mustard, saltiness and crispiness from the bacon, juicy tomatoes. Good stuff. Make sure to use the mustard and HP sauce. Good stuff!
