I come here annually for my niece's birthday parties. It's her favorite place. The staff always does such a great job making it her day and managing the birthday festivities. I enjoy gatti's pizza. There was another huge group when we were there and the staff did a great job keeping fresh pizza out despite all the hungry kids. I love playing the games but was disappointed when several of them kept taking my money and not giving me game play. Skee ball is a good example of this. Cost me almost $1.50 just to find a working machine before I could play. read more

Cool place to bring kiddos for sure! They always have great discounts. But the bathrooms are always dirty and they always run out of food we seem to always have to wait for them to bring food out read more

Kids love this place that's all that really matters !!!!good pizza and games for all ages win win !!

Well this place sadly to say it has its ups and downs on the food being edible. I love this place, my family are regulars here and we continue to come here but sometimes the food really sucks and today was one of them. The tables continue to be clean and someone is always making rounds to pick up plates so its a good place and seems sanitary. The food itself wasn't exactly cooked hot ... like the cheese for the pizza wasn't melted all the way which is quite sad Today I got to see the go carts at least though usually when I go they don't have that side on. I did get enough tickets by chance and chose out a prize and got the money card for $5 for my bday read more

Go to this Gatti's for the kids and to fill up on average pizza. No offense Gatti's I only like little hole in the wall pizza places like you might find in NYC. They have a great selection of drinks for a pizza place. Best thing about this Gatti's are the games. Great place to celebrate kid and teen birthdays. read more

My 6 year old loves this place. Pretty good pizza and really fun games. The birthday party we hosted here was great. The other families got coupons to return. It was a great day. read more

Gattitown - Party room - Pizza Near Me - Round Rock, Texas

Haven't been here in awhile and it's gone downhill. Kids running around like animals in the food area, people cutting in line and going against the flow of traffic at the salad bar. To be fair, people being rude isn't the restaurants fault. The salad bar was decent enough, but if you wanted pizza, forget about it. There wasn't any. It was Friday night, it wasn't super crowded, but they didn't have enough pizza out. The line at the two trays they had out was 6 deep. I saw one guy take an entire pizza on his plate. If I wanted to see people fight and hoard food, I'd stay home and watch my pets. Seriously, a very disappointing experience and a waste of money. read more

Let's see... Where to start... Well, the Mac & Cheese is ok. When it comes to the pizza, the crust is too thick and bread like, the sauce is bland and barely there and variety appears to be a foreign word. The salad bar is ok, but the blue cheese dressing has no chunks. Then there's the game room. This is a loud space filled with, mostly, ticket dispensing games. The rest of the games are in a sorry state of disrepair and the cost of the games are outlandish. It cost $1.50 to play Guitar Hero on a badly calibrated machine. After a short time there, my wife and I really wanted a beer, but there was no alcohol to be found. Take your kids to D&B. The food's better, there's a full service bar and the Games are cheaper. read more

Had to attend a party here recently. Contacted them a week in advance to inquire about gluten free options and was told that Gattiland offers no gluten free items. The company representative, Miriam, responded that, "We do not have Gluten Free pizza at our location, however we can make any pizza with no crust. You can also bring a gluten free pizza from our location by the movies 8 and you will have no problem with bringing that in to our location." Since I'm not a fan of crustless pizza, I made arraignments to bring a gf pizza from the location Mariam mentioned. On the day of the party, every staff member I encountered was rude about the gluten free GATTI'S pizza I brought in to the party. Staff acted like I was trying to steal from them because I was not paying for the buffet at their location. When I asked if I could purchase a drink and a salad (no pizza) they said "NO" - case closed, no option unless I buy the full buffet. This Gattiland is totally unwilling to accommodate patron's with food allergies and they are all extremely rude. Will NEVER return! read more

We used to love this place the kids had fun, pizza is not bad. But being in the bathroom while an employee left without washing their hands when they were done has grossed me out beyond anything I can imagine. No thank you. I think we'll stick to frozen pizza and games in the back yard. read more

I have been to better Gattitown/lands, and Mr. Gatti's in general. This Round Rock can get packed and full of kids. With this type of establishment, that is to be expected. That said, they have a very hard time keeping pizzas coming during peak hours. There are always lines of people, and not enough food on the line. While the bus-staff worked very hard in keeping tables clean and ready, the areas around the soda machines and plates weren't so clean. This place can do better. read more

The plus side is that the layout and atmosphere is excellent with lots of dining areas to choose from, different TVs playing different things, their wifi is good, the video arcade is excellent as well, and they have quite nice bathroom facilities. But the negative side is that the pizza quality is subpar. The buffet selection doesn't have a lot of variety, and the cooks often don't keep it replenished as fast as people eat it, but the biggest thing is that the pizza itself is just not that tasty compared to other pizza places. They actually advertise "the best pizza in town", which I consider to be a bald faced lie. They aren't the best; they aren't even in the top 3. Maybe bottom 3 is more like it. I can't see how any objective person could say they are the best in town. But I'm generously giving them 3 stars because the building and atmosphere are such high quality. read more

As much as I love pizza, I don't think I'll be going back. This place feels dirty. The pizza was cold and it just wasn't good. There's a Cicis across the freeway go there instead. read more

They have a little bit of everything for all ages. Tasty pizza (can make special requests of what you'd like), mac & cheese and other pastas, fresh salad bar, a "Dell Diamond" sports den with projectors up for non-stop sports, a children's section with cartoons on and movies frequently being played, a handful of games to enjoy. I've had a great experience every time I've gone. read more

This place used to be a lot better. They keep the pizza bar stocked with fresh pizza but all I see is pep and cheese, need more variety. Never any ice in the drink machine but at least the drinks are cold. Not very clean, but not too filthy, for a buffet. Good prices, good food, just needs some better staff who care about their jobs. read more

The food was awesome and the games were all in working order. However, one of the girls working at the game counter was so rude, I nearly reached across the counter and slapped her. She interrupted my son mid-sentence (he is 6) while asking about one of the many overpriced toys hanging on the wall. She was rude and cut him off, only to tell me that I wasn't allowed to have drinks in the game room (mind you it was empty) and to say that when we FINALLY made a decision to ask for someone's help, before walking off in a huff. When she was asked by another employee to help us, she rolled her eyes the whole time and acted like helping us was going to end her life. I am normally a very nice person, but i couldn't be as she was killing my child's joy. I am so livid, and I wish I would have gotten her name, but it was too hard to pay attention while I was fuming. read more

The service here was spectacular!!! I asked for a specific sauce and found out they haven't made that sauce for awhile. Michael, the manager, said they could make it, no problem. They went above and beyond to make what I wanted! I highly recommend Gatti Land! read more

I love Gattis pizza, always have. Something about the sauce. I love it more than Pizza Hut, and just a tab bit more than Papa Johns. I love the fact that they have a buffett with salad bar since my 9 year old daughter will actually eat salad (with ranch) with her pizza. We've taken our kids here once for a party but it's too much of a hassle with all the kids running around, mostly unsupervised, and sometimes bigger kids (uh hum, teens) pushing and trying to play some of the smaller games. I think they are trying to be like Chuck-E but I don't like my kids running around here because it's a seperate room, unlike Chuck-E where the dining room is situated where you can supervise your kids (somewhat at least.) Overall I like the pizza even if it has gotten a little more expensive since I was a kid and it was just Mr Gattis, in a small section of the shopping center. read more

Awful. Never go on the weekends unless you want kids running around every where and being destructive and running into you (this applies to parents as well) this place is flithy. No one sweeps or cleans up after birthday party. Best thing here is the ranch. Minus one star. read more

Do not take your kids here. The food is OK at best but the games will cheat you and try to suck every penny out of your pockets. Beware!!!

It did exactly what it was suppose to. It was beyond busy. They always had the buffet stacked with fresh food never having the customer wait. The staff was very attentive and the place was kept clean. Hard to do with that amount of kids. The games were surprising decently prices we played on our cards for awhile. Will recommend and go back again. read more

Yes Gatti Land!!!! The name makes my mouth water. The salad bar is amazing, it always has those yummy little baby corns and sunflower seeds. I load up on cheese sticks like a fat kid. I love that if you ask them, they will make you whatever pizza you want. Such a fantastic deal for only $7 a person. We like to go on Thursday nights because we bypass all those "kid deal" days and there seems to be 1/2 the amount of kids on a Thursday night. We love 1/2 the kids because, like children, we always sit in the cartoon room and stuff our faces. My one request for Gatti Land...please cycle your movies more often in the kid's room. I come too often to sit through Bolt for a fourth time. Please and thank you! read more

I usually LOVE Mr. Gattis pizza. The dinner began on a sour note.Pastas & pizzas were cold(as if they had been there awhile). Main issue : My older son came over to ask for money to purchase a game card (note he had just ate dinner with football team so he only ate a slice of pizza & a dessert but still paid). He came back & told me the guy up front refused to let him purchase a card because he said my son didn't pay. I went up front I told him I already had paid for him & I would like to purchase another game card. He mentioned he didn't pay. I told him I'm telling you (as a paid customer) I paid for 3 adults,a child, drinks,& 2 game cards. He still acted as if we were lying. That's when I told him I didn't steal his $10 old pizza. He's asked well who helped you,I responded a girl. He said well hold on let me go look for her. I was disgusted by his actions. He said well do you have a receipt I told him I should...I just would have to look for it. After searching I found it. He thoroughly reviews the receipt and questions me. You bought 2 adults & 2 kids buffets. I said NO!! I actually purchased 3 adult & 1 child buffet. He asked how much do you want on the card. I told him I will think about it grabbed my debit card. I asked for his name he told me it was JOSE (assuming that was his real name he didn't have a name tag). He asked if I wanted the spelling (smart @$$)? I told him NO I am capable of spelling. He still began to spell it out, I told him I CAN spell I do not you to spell it. Asked what his position was he said asst. manager. He definitely needs better customer service training. All we were attempting to do was waste more money at the location that employs him...but got rejected. I have been attending this location for years even though we do not reside in Round Rock. My older son would even have huge parties there(in which every child & parents were paid by us) as a young child. If we're coming here is to spend money not trying to steal cold pizza. Occurrence:10/29/2018 ~ 7:30/8 pm. read more

You know I'm not a huge Gattis pizza lover but I do love their salad bar. It's always fresh, very clean & very neat salad bar. I also love that they are the only place I know that still serves creamy Italian dressing. You can't even buy it at the grocery stores. So I like to come here every so often during lunch to get my creamy Italian fix on! I like coming during weekday lunches when all the loud wild kid parties are not going on. Those days are way over for me. But we did enjoy the parties here back in the day when I did have a little one. read more

My son & his friends had a great time celebrating his birthday here! The party room was clean & quite ;) The party hosts were terrific. The room was already decorated with the color scheme of Minecraft. They served drinks & pizza to the kids, kept them entertained, served cake to our guest and even cleaned up...Success! read more

This place is great. Family loves going here for birthdays and weekday lunches. YMCA employees get a discount which I love. TIP: MOVIE ROOM IS THE BEST. read more

I recently started going here every other month or so and every time I go the food and the staff is very good. On my most recent trip I saw they were having a contest for giveaways of an iPad, games, coupons, etc. I registered not expecting to win but sure enough I won the IPad, Gattis contacted me and I received it within a week of notification. I just wanted to say that this place will definitely continue to keep me as a customer and hope others will give it a chance if they hadn't yet. read more

I've been going here more often, since I'm now retired and qualify for their senior discount. It's a zoo on weekends and any evening, so I usually try to go during a week day after the lunch rush. Given it's a buffet, but in general, the salad is fresh, the serving areas are pretty clean, and they usually have a decent variety of pizzas. Different story on the weekends or evenings, when the staff can't keep up with the crowds. read more

I usually love a good Gatti's buffet and they are getting harder and harder to find but now I can see why. They had almost no fresh pizza when I went, but as the night when on I did notice they put a lot more fresh pizza out which was great. However, they never had any desserts out and the one time during the time I was there they refreshed that section, they only put out a small amount. The salad bar is always great, though, and well taken care of. read more

Kids loved the lights and sounds of this place. The pizza was ok, but we didn't expect much from a pizza buffet. Note to any parents of children with special needs: the lights and sounds of this place can be overwhelming for children with sensory needs. We invited a child to our sons bday party that wasn't able to enjoy anything other than the food because of all the lights and sounds. Just something to keep in mind! read more

I live in central austin and I had a coupon to gatti-land, so we drove 16 miles to get there. Totally worth the drive! Thanks to Mike, who is possibly a manager, we had the best time ever. We received more attention from the staff than I get from a waiter at an expensive restaurant. It also happened to be half priced game night, so after my kids stuffed themselves on delicious pizza, they got to play games for 12 cents per play. The worst part was that it took so long to spend 5 dollars. By the way, how do they profit at all after putting so much cheese on the pizza?? It's so good! Definitely will drive 16 miles each way to do this again anytime. Thanks again Mike! read more

I expected it to be a complete mess, but it was actually very clean. Pizza wasn't the best and most games were broken. However, my friends and I got a lot of laughs out of the entire experience. read more

I arrived 30 minuets before closing and the manager was super friendly and accommodating. The staff was equally as friendly. The pizza was fresh and I was asked if I wanted them to make anything special. Overall the customer service was superb!! read more

Lots of food available. Very crowded but comfortable. Pizza is awful. The dough tends to be raw on the thick crust and the thin crust. I have never had a nice crunchy crust on the pizza. The salad and pasta i do enjoy as well as the bread sticks and dessert. Overall it is not a total loss. read more

We were traveling through town and stopped in for quick buffet and games with the kids. Mike, the manager, was phenomenal!! The kids loved the strawberry lemonade, so he went next door to the dollar store and bought them 'to go' sippie cups and filled them up for the road trip!! Wonderful family fun and great food. He also made us a specialty pizza and brought it to our table. What a great impression he left on us!! read more

Out spending time with Lil brother....I'm a Big with BBBS looking to have an awesome time which we always manage to do, so this was the spot we decided to hit up first. The cashier and Manager started our fun evening off by making sure we had the pizza of our choice up and ready in super fast time...mine you, we were both starving. I must say Gatti Land has some tasty pizza's to choose from and a decent salad bar. This place was a mad house today, but we manage to have fun playing games and spend some quality time together. The only downside, was some of the games we wanted to use wasn't working properly, other than that...I'm still a big kid at heart, and we had a blast!!! read more

My nephew plays the games here but, they are slow, don't respond, and take your money. The pizza is ok and the salad bar is mediocre at best. When there was a problem w the games the manager couldn't retrieve the prize. It was disappointing to watch my nephew being let down. read more

Only gave two stars cause the pizza was decent. This place is disgusting. It smells, the floor and tables were dirty. And it's way too crowded to enjoy just being there. Haven't even gone to the game room yet but I'm dreading it. Do Not come here! read more

I have been going here for years love the pizza and the environment is great. Lately they have been super clean asoon as your with your done with your plate someone is there to pick it up, love that must go, kids will have a blast. read more

I have tried both double Dave's pizza buffet and then also been to Chucky's and I have to say the buffet rocks, and the games may not be as fancy as Chucky's but my daughter loves it, and that is all that matters. As in any place where there are the buffet herds that move from one buffet place to the other, there are plenty of rude adults who seem to be on the last feeding of their life and hoard pizza, and of course to be expected.....kids that have no manners, (who would of thought).....so don't expect the crowds to be respectful. I dare say that people don't wash very well before they eat, but that is anywhere you go. So as I was saying, the pizza is great, and the tables, are usually very clean. Great staff, even though most of them can not speak English, and if your not done, be careful they will clean your table off fast, and remember they don't speak English well, so they wont understand what your saying to them as they take your drinks and plate's who cares, its a buffet full of pizza, no harm. At least they clean the tables, unlike some places.... Short story, get stuffed with good food and play games for half the price of visiting chuck-e-cheezes...And you dont get ran over by people going to the buffet line like at double daves on buffet night. And I have learned that its best to go on Thursday nights, I pay the extra for less people, hotter pizza, more variety...and sure...less kids, but I have 2 myself. Mom's eat free and kids eat free nights are cool, but every mom and kid in Round Rock show up...I kid you not. And if 8 buses of kids show up...turn around my friend, they will break the ovens and there will be no pizza. My daughter loves the place..and the buffalo pizza with blue cheese rocks!! Happy eating! read more
