Have you ever tired too going shopping with your father? Lol…read more Let's just say we are like a comedy hour together. His Price conscious and wants to find the best deal and I just want something that goes with the theme of what I'm remodeling at the time. I have shopped here on two separate occasion. The first was when I was replacing all the floors in my house and we ended up finding a dark espresso wood floor. We were greeted upon arrival and offered assistance multiple times throughout our visit. Most likely they were checking to make sure we weren't going to kill each other. Since we tend to bicker with each other like an old married couple. Lol The second time was recently when I was remodeling my kitchen. We came in for backsplash.... We were greeted again and we reached out to a few different sales clerks on help and prices. My dad from Greece and refuses to purchase anything from Turkey which limited our selection a lot. **insert annoyed eyes** - Location: This store is located off of Victory Drive behind the ihop and Xfinity store and across from Whole Foods. It doesn't have a lot of parking like Lowe's or Home Depot and is quite cramped if ihop is busy. Plus, the spaces are narrow and doesn't give you a lot of space for loading. - Building/Store: Its basically a large warehouse with flooring around the outer left and back walls, backsplash is to the right and along the wall and they have a small clearance selection by the restrooms. And in the middle is a mix of porcelain, glass and marble tiles. It's clean and open. - Service: The staff were helpful and actually seemed to enjoy their job and were happy to be there. Which is always a plus. They were also patient with us while we ended up trying to decide what we needed. - Merchandise: Even if we weren't being picky about where the tile was imported from. They don't have an large selection of different types of tile to pick from. There was more porcelain and ceramic then marble and granite which is what we were looking for. They are also SUPER limited on what they offer for Granite countertops which is why we ended up getting for our tops somewhere else and for cheaper. Overall: It's a decent location if you are looking for a good deal for doing a simple job.

Elizabeth helped us the last time we were in and I am so happy with the selections. I needed some help today. I have to give a shout out to just about everyone that was working today. It's December 30, 2020 and we were in the store around 3:30pm. We had questions and everyone that we spoke with was soooo helpful!!! They have a great staff in the Savannah location. If management reads this post I hope they pass the praise to their staff!!! I wish I had gotten names, but if we spoke to 5 or 6 employees they were all equally pleasant and helpful. It's a pleasure to shop there as compared to Lowe's or Home Depot where you can't find anyone to help you. After this project we will be back to do the guest bathroom. We will be back!!!

If you are looking for horrible customer service, not getting the correct flooring, incompetent…read moremanagement (Will) then look no further than LL Flooring, especially the Savannah, GA location. They won't deliver your floor on time, or the correct flooring, or anything else you would expect from a company BUT they will deliver on making sure your project is delayed, not providing solutions, and making sure you not only have a headache but a migraine dealing with their inability to do anything productive at all. Truly a one of kind company that you should absolutely do business with if you want a bad experience. 10/10 recommend if that is indeed what you are looking for.

Overall, we're happy with our new floors and the service provided by the contractor, but the…read moreservice we received from the Savannah LL location on Ogeechee was sub par. Amber to as a rockstar. She made the process enjoyable. However, there were several time where there were lapses in communication. We never received a call to confirm our appointment for floor estimate (we did input the incorrect email address, but we never received a call or voicemail). We then were told the wrong time to pick up our floors (because paying close to $400 for them to deliver AND bring the materials in the home is criminal). And albeit a simple mistake from a new employee, it left help us Amber to load all of our materials in our truck. Too much for one staff member, but we are so thankful for her! We then did not receive confirmation from the contractor to schedule the appointment because LL did not indicate that we picked up our materials. (We found this out after calling a few times to confirm the status of install- something LL should be taking the lead with). We then found out that we were missing some materials- LL said the contractor would bring it, and the contractor said LL should be giving it to us. So those had to be FedExed to our location. Did I mention we were not in the place of install full time, so this is why we needed communication. We needed to know when we should be there to receive and be present. Either way, the additional materials were delivered when we were out of town, and when there was a storm. Luckily nothing happened to the materials, but if we received prior communication, we could have had these things scheduled while we were there. We did call customer service and express our grievances, and spoke to the store manager, but we still experienced a tons of mishaps. The manager called me to apologize, and offered us a comp (after I requested what will be done to rectify the issue. Because quite frankly, the apology wasn't enough) When we finally scheduled the install date, there was mis communication with whether we needed to be there or not. Again, we were not in the location full time yet, so knowing ahead of time would have given us the opportunity to schedule coverage to be there. I was on the phone with the LL representative, who said they would communicate this with the contractor. LL did not. I will say that Ray's Flooring of Augusta was great! (The contractor) but LL needs to work some kinks out. ESPECIALLY for the amount we paid. But the derive with LL was NOT THE BEST. We experienced terrible communication EVERY step of the way.

I have to say this was one of the worst businesses I have ever dealt with. They are real sweet…read moreuntil they get your deposit. They will tell you what you want to hear and promise your job will be installed in 4 weeks. After 4 weeks passed, they couldn't even give me an installation date. One excuse after another. There doesn't seem to be anyone in charge. Instead they hire young girls that don't last. Apparently not a great place to work. Despite charging top dollar, they cant seem to get their act together. This is puzzling as they are owned by AGM which is a very large stone importer. Maybe the fabrication is the red headed stepchild, and they simply don't care. It's a shame that when you get so big you stop caring about your customers. There are plenty of other fabrication shops in the area. Look around and don't fall for their pitch. You'll be sorry.

They did not communicate for a month as I pleaded for them to verify floor would be properly prepped and installed on a specific date for a planned trip by us planned another month in advance. Even 10 days before we flew across country they had chance to make good. We opened walls and removed plumbing at their direction, all well in advance. I did business with these guys only 6 months prior and was well aware of deposit. They had to return in that job, so I should have been more cautious. Who would give someone a $3,000 deposit when they will not return calls or answer email. Too busy to do business. Buyer beware. Other companies out there. We found one next day. Update 2018***** Just noticed two years later someone I did not work with on transaction posted a reply. Figures. They don't communicate or have staff to handle sales in a timely manner. They wanted $3,000 deposit and would not tell me when I could expect installation when they knew I lived on other side of US and had to fly in for each appointment. Low end service. In 2018 I'd still stay away!
