The truck finally showed up at about 1:30 pm. Delivery guys looked to be teenagers. They were going to hook up a gas stove. They take it off the truck and one guy comes inside and looks at the stove they were to haul off and says we can't install it because we don't have the connection hose. They put it back on the truck and I was told to reschedule. I rescheduled for two days later. The truck showed up and the driver came to the door. I can't take it off the truck because I don't have the connection hose . I called customer no service again and I was told to reschedule. They could not explain to me how this could happen twice except to say they did not have the hose in stock. I said you sent two trucks and wasted my time knowing that you couldn't install the range twice and to just cancel my order. I said that they should take $200 off the price for 5he two days I stayed home waiting only to waste my two days time. I was told we will disconnect 10% and that is all. That would amount to about $90 off and I said just cancel the order. She said we can't do that right then and to call back tomorrow to cancel. I am 70 years old and I have never seen such incompetence in all my years and they really did Not care.

On this they were offering $50 off. Though their initial price is higher at $879. I asked if Best Buy would meet the end price of $829 which would just be $20 less for Best Buy (I was also buying the pedestal.... An additional $250) they would not come down the $20 and let us walk out and lost the sale. Funny thing I was looking at a coffee maker I probably would've purchased as well. I ended up going back to Home Depot and purchased the washing machine and pedestal. I I will say that the sales help were very nice at Best Buy on the positive note. However the gentleman I was told was a manager let me leave the store over $20.

Clothes were thrown all over the ground, over shelves and nothing was where it belonged. I saw one worker putting away go backs from the fitting room and she didn't even flip the clothes from being inside out before throwing them on a random shelf. The lines are also always ridiculous. I understand Easter is tomorrow but that is no excuse to let a store be this discombobulated it makes it almost impossible to shop.. so what's the point of being open?

I made the appointment and filled out any blanks the site asked I was given an appointment at 10 AM today December 15. I showed up at 9:54, people in the store but the door was closed and there was a burglar bar behind it. Two other people walked in with me at 10 AM. The clerk asked what I was there for and I explained I had an appointment at 10 AM to repair the iPhone battery. Rather than say OK we have you in our system and we have the battery he said "let me check and see if I've got that battery". Next he said we have the battery and you can get the phone in two or three days because we don't have a technician today. I replied "since this is an organization that has powerful algorithms at your disposal wouldn't it be customer friendly to inform someone before they drove 40 minutes to hear this information you're telling me" The clerk replied smartly "all I do is ask the questions and give you your options" as if he didn't consider anything I said or the fact that I had gone out of my way to give him business. I took my phone and I ordered a replacement battery from the Internet and will insert it myself like I have before on other iPhones. I will not go back!! Later today I was telling this to a friend who had a similar experience there. Maybe they can get their website and technology and appointment scheduler up to snuff so as to avoid a lot of people an inconvenience in this modern day of electronic algorithms. I would've given them only one star but I'm basically a nice guy and the place looks clean. Good luck if you go here.

They came by, provided a quote that was very competitive with the other quotes we received, and they got us on their books for the next week. The lights are high quality, they were installed quickly, and they cleaned up after themselves extremely well. Additionally, every staff member we spoke to was nice and helpful! Second, we had an electrical issue which required an electrician and Palmetto Electric to come out. The issue left over half of our home without power. I called Bluffton Electric and explained the issue, I let them know that we purchased the needed part (Palmetto Electric told us what we needed to purchase) and they told me they would do their best to help us. The next day which was a Saturday/Valentine's Day they sent out an electrician and communicated to get Palmetto Electric out there at the same time. There was an additional fee, but I felt it was fair and I just appreciated that someone came out. Overall, I feel like Bluffton Electric is professional, reasonably priced, and they provide high quality services.
