We lost our big screen TV, cable box, invisible fence, outdoor lighting, etc and all of those have been repaired by several different companies! Play and Gourmet are the only ones that have not had the courtesy to return our many calls. I cannot give them a good recommendation! 9/24/2018 Once again we have been calling Play and Gourmet about help fixing our Lutron system that was struck by lightning in July. Now we are being told that someone will call us back.... but that they are very busy due to the hurricane?! I am having a lot of trouble understanding how they run their business?! We have attempted to contact The company for follow-up service to replace the remote and they have been 100% non-responsive. They do not return telephone calls or emails. I would highly recommend you NOT use this company if you feel you may need follow-up service they already sell install and forget about you type business.

The bill submitted was exorbitant - not only my own opinion but also that of professionals in home construction. Despite the high bill, 2 of the items allegedly completed by this company did not work. We completed one by ourselves (non-tech people) in 7 minutes. I have never written a review where I did not recommend the vendor, but in this case, potential clients should be aware of this experience when deciding whether to hire this company.

Since then (2 years ago), we have had Tony stop by for some adjustments to camera angles and other minor issues. Always professional and affordable. I would hire Low Country Electronics again in a heartbeat. In fact, our 2.5 year old NVR died last week, and Low Country will install the new one as well.
