Some of the LED lights on the fixture are starting to flicker, and I simply asked them if this is a problem with the led lights, the transformer, or something else so that I can try and troubleshoot it. After taking about 48 hours to respond each time I sent a new email, they finally said that they can't help me at all because I didn't buy the fixture directly from them. I wasn't asking for a replacement, but I did expect that the company that built the product would have an answer to my question. Very unhelpful, and apparently their fixtures are not very well-made either. Not recommended.

By the time I learned of the delays and canceled, the bulbs were outside the return window. Customer service refused to help. This required working in the attic in July. I called several companies in Savannah that told me either they did not do that service, or since the appointment had to be very early for the safety of their workers, their soonest availability was too far off than I hoped. Joyner was able to come out sooner than everyone else could and they worked with my schedule to arrange a 6 AM appointment. They were very good about asking me questions so they knew exactly what I needed. They even asked what color my wall plate was so the others would match. The workers were on time, friendly, and very efficient. They said the cable company might have to come out, but then they worked their magic so I was fully hooked up for cable and internet before they left. This was on the morning of my moving day and made my life a whole lot easier, so I was very happy and grateful. I feel like they went out of their way to help me, but I think they are just that great by default.
