They did superb with pre wiring as well had providing and setting up equipment. They tuned out rooms to perfection no matter what house we had. Their service after installation is equally awesome. As for houses that were not new builds, they were creative and solution oriented and there was nothing we could throw at them that they could not provide a great solution for. They even did the outdoor speakers for the pool. We could not be more impressed and we continue to use them and recommend them. They are indeed the best.

We lost our big screen TV, cable box, invisible fence, outdoor lighting, etc and all of those have been repaired by several different companies! Play and Gourmet are the only ones that have not had the courtesy to return our many calls. The work appears to have been done well and the new opener is much smoother and quieter. The only reason I am giving only 3 stars is the cost. The total bill was over $2,500 for a single garage door opener replacement and other hardware. The opener alone was over $1,400, triple what I've paid for one about 3 years ago. They were the only one that was able to accommodate my issue the same day. I was finally able to correct the problem before they arrived and sent the Service tech a text informing him of the resolved issue. His text response was immediate and expressed his concern as to whether his skill set was still required. The call was cancelled but I would highly recommend Kintz Electric for any electrical need.
