They did superb with pre wiring as well had providing and setting up equipment. They tuned out rooms to perfection no matter what house we had. Their service after installation is equally awesome. As for houses that were not new builds, they were creative and solution oriented and there was nothing we could throw at them that they could not provide a great solution for. They even did the outdoor speakers for the pool. We could not be more impressed and we continue to use them and recommend them. They are indeed the best.

Out of necessity, I repeated the phrases "Cancel" to what ever question or statement made by this overbearing Rep. Cancelling is an adventure and will try your patience. Seven times he told us he would be coming to the house and he did not show up. Very frustrating. By February he still had not finished so my attorney suggested that I set a end date of 2/25/22. Mr Ambrosic did not meet that deadline. By August of 2022 it was obvious he was not going to finish nor did he seem motivated to finish. The first 2 weeks of August he was at the house 1 time. We had to drop him and pay another company to finish the job. You have been warned.
