It took close to 2 weeks to get a refund for the defective A-Board, and they basically told me "the technician installation cost was on me". I was more than reasonable and offered to split the labor charge, even though they shipped me the defective A-Board. After they received my return, it appeared to me that they put it back up on eBay to screw the next person like me. Very hard to trust companies like this one. Also, it took several calls and emails to finally get a response from them.
