They were horrible all communication was thru a speaker phone and when I finally picked up my phone I did tell them to call me when part arrived. After 4 days and not hearing I called.... Was informed parts were ordered but not due in for 4 more days! again being patient waited. AFTER 4 more days I called was informed I could pick up phone at 11 am. Went there at 11 am and was informed part was not in yet but coming today. Lost patience took phone called HHI phone repair had phone fixed and in my pocket next day at 330 pm. Same price as other shop and with great service and communication HIGHLY RECOMEND!!!!! This place is a scam. They ruined my cell phone and I had to purchase a brand new phone. They were supposed to put a new screen on, but new screen resembled the broken one. I returned the phone and a new screen supposedly installed, but it fell out in my lap, hanging from a wire. Either it was the wrong screen or improperly installed. I asked it be repaired "a THIRD TIME" and they refused to fix it unless I coughed up ANOTHER repair fee. I have an ongoing lawsuit prepared to have my money reimbursed. This place is a scam. THEY CAUSED ME TO HAVE TO SPEND NEARLY $1000, having to replace my phone to instore service. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. THEY WILL SCREW YOU OUT OF YOUR PHONE so they can let your phone sit on their shelf for a week, pretend to fix it, screwing you out of phone use, then hand it back to you with a still broken part. They refused to work on my phone the third time, because I didn't produce their original receipt. Said they didn't know if they installed the part to begin with! And they didn't have a record of it. On vacation in Hilton Head and stopped by Verizon to see where they recommended to get display fixed. They suggested Sebastian, so I took my iPhone 7plus to them to get fixed. They put new display and I payed them $200. Well I noticed that some calls would be on speaker when I answered and I thought I was the fault, also noticed that when I would hold it next to my face I would be hitting key pad. Also my camera wasn't working also after display replaced. After returning home made an appointment at Apple to get camera fixed which they got fixed and they then told me the display wasn't one of there's and that's what could be some of my other problems. Had Apple to replace display and haven't had anymore problems. They are using aftermarket repair parts that are of poor quality, don't go there for repair of any iPhone. read more

I went on a Sunday to fix my iPhone XS. I asked to put LCD apple screen which is a good quality if I pay 200$. One hour later screen was fixed and I put my phone in my purse, i came home and phone had a black screen again. So I called apple, they told me that repairs were done wrong, with "not authentic " apple screen and cheap one. So I lost 200$, because they repaired wrong. Apple charged me 300$ to lace new screen and did it right. So, don't go to Sebastian services. read more

Fixes you iphone while you wait! We ended up with a "plaid" screen on our iPhone after a random mishap. Thought we needed a new phone and randomly decided to take it to Sebastian's. Mauricio put in a new screen while we waited. Took about 30 minutes and only cost $90! read more

he worst place to where you can waste your money! The guy Marco needed 2 weeks to repair the screen of my iPhone saying he's been testing 3 screens. At the end he gave me back the money, said they don't have the original screen and did a terrible job installing an even worse screen. I would never recommend this place to a friend. Marco didn't know what was wrong with the phone and tried lying to me that he was working on it when the phone was actually sitting under a pile of stuff and switched off when I went there. I don't know how do you test a screen with the phone not working. I am not even sure he gave me my phone back because he had to erase all my information to change the screen. Very incompetent people who learned how to change batteries and cracked screens from YouTube. Don't call if you have an actual problem that requires technical knowledge. read more

Took in an iphone 5 for repair for cracked screen and a broken digitizer. The charge was $88. Not long after, the screen started moving around. We took it to a competent professional and discovered the flex cable cover plate along with 4 screws were missing and they used a putty substance to hold down the home button. BEWARE...they have no idea what they are doing and do not refund your money. read more

payed $125 and was told the front AND back of my phone would be fixed. only the front was repaired and they got themselves locked out of my phone which meant i had to erase the entire contents of my phone. they were rude and treated me as though i knew nothing. i was worried about my phone as it was in their posetion which is something i should NEVER think of. tbh i would rather have a broken phone than deal with this shit again. read more
