She told me the best case scenario to the worse case scenario for my daughter's MacBook Pro. It ended up being the higher of the deductible due to my daughter spilling her Tea on it. It was fixed in a week. I explained I was on a time crunch since college was starting soon and needed it back. I feel like they went over and beyond to get it back to me. It is running like new. Went in to have the guy look at my screen because it is now blue and black. He said he would give me half off to fix it. I already spent $245.00 on a CHEAP screen a few weeks ago from him that took him 20 minutes to replace. That would be half the cost of a new phone! RIDICULOUS. Also - the screen had a blue tint to it too unlike the Apple screens. Advertising is not truthful. He also said the screen was cracked when there wasn't one. He pointed to a small scratch. I took it to another repair shop who said it was not installed properly!!! There was clearly no crack on the screen.
