Most assumed it was a dead battery and said it would be into the next week before it could be fixed. Steve ordered a battery that would arrive 2 days later just in case that WAS the issue, to get me up and running asap. He then took a close look and discovered that other cleanup would solve the problem. Checked the battery and said it was ok. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Steve was efficient, honest, cost-effective and communicative. He obviously has a lot of expertise and was overall GREAT to deal with. Call him if you need help. You won't regret it!
