HHI Computer Guys was the only place where I didn't have to leave a voicemail and was able to talk to a human. No response from any of the other places. :-/ The Computer Guy I talked to was straight forward with me about what needed to be fixed & how. Helped me find the needed part, and then scheduled a day & time to do the repair (at their shop) that was convenient for me, and got my computer back to me in a few hours - not days, HOURS.
