Saw the same one (GE) at Home Depot that I was intending on purchasing at Best Buy. At Best Buy the machine $849. Home Depot is running an appliance sale depending on what you spend. On this they were offering $50 off. Though their initial price is higher at $879. I asked if Best Buy would meet the end price of $829 which would just be $20 less for Best Buy (I was also buying the pedestal.... An additional $250) they would not come down the $20 and let us walk out and lost the sale. Funny thing I was looking at a coffee maker I probably would've purchased as well. I ended up going back to Home Depot and purchased the washing machine and pedestal. I I will say that the sales help were very nice at Best Buy on the positive note. However the gentleman I was told was a manager let me leave the store over $20.

When there was a misunderstanding about the first installation I went to the store, paid for the installation in advance and was given today (10/2) as the installation date. But no show and no notice. I called the local number and again was talking to someone in some foreign country who said the installation was cancelled. I was not notified and took the day off from work to meet the installers. It has now been 3 weeks, and my TV sits on the floor. My advice to Best Buy GET A CALL CENTER INTHE US!!! YOU JUST LOST A CUSTOMER AND IF YOU LOOK UP MY NAME, STEPHEN HASLEY, YOU WILL SEE THAT I HAVE BEEN A GOOD CUSTOMER. NO MORE!!!!!!

I had to translate for her, and thankfully another gentleman stepped in and helped us. He apologized for the inconvenience, processed our internet box return, and explained how to cancel our home internet through customer service. The entire interaction took less than ten minutes; ten minutes the first employee could have easily spared before going on break. Had I been working there, I would have helped. Customer service later informed us that we needed a 6-15‑digit PIN, which we were never given or informed about. So, I went back. When I told one of the workers that customer service wanted to speak with them directly to bypass the PIN and cancel the service, he acted unprofessionally, more focused on finding his AirPods than helping. He insisted the conversation had to be "private," which I've never experienced at any phone company and honestly found strange. He then suggested changing the PIN instead, claiming it would take effect immediately; it didn't. Customer service asked me to go back inside again (third time) so they could speak with the employee directly, just like they originally requested. At this point, it was clear he simply didn't want to do his job. The attitude and lack of professionalism from the employees at this location are unacceptable. I've also witnessed other customers expressing frustration because staff were not transparent about what they were signing up for. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this T‑Mobile location to anyone.

I recently purchased a 48" range from Billy wood Appliances. I want to start by saying that John,…read moreour sales representative, was excellent--knowledgeable, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately, the installation experience was extremely disappointing. When the installers arrived, they immediately said they couldn't get the range up the stairs. Fortunately, we had some of our own employees present who carried it upstairs without any issue. Once at the top of the stairs, the installers asked if we would move it into the kitchen. Since we had already paid for full installation--including delivery to its final location--we declined to take on that responsibility ourselves. The installers then used a dolly to move the range, dragging and slamming it up and down our newly refinished stairs leaving visible scratches along the way. When I pointed out the damage and asked them to stop, one of the installers responded dismissively, saying they work in many multi-million-dollar homes and "do that all the time." That response was both unprofessional and unacceptable--damage to a customer's home should never be treated so casually. Overall, while the sales experience was positive, the installation service fell far below expectations. Because of this experience, I chose to purchase the remainder of my appliances from a competing company and would not recommend Billy wood.
