Apparently, UPS in Florida did not like the address, even though packages had been delivered there many times before. Somewhere along the line, the package ended up in limbo. Sierra at the front desk at The UPS Store on Lady's Island was absolutely lovely and helped me gather as much information as she could. She truly cared and did everything possible on her end. Then John Horton stepped in. John personally called me and immediately went into mission mode to help locate the package. My friend had already moved and had a wedding to attend, and the package contained her outfit and other important items she needed before leaving. Thanks to John's persistence, kindness, and determination, we were finally able to track the package down and have it delivered to a UPS hub in Florida, where my friend was able to retrieve everything in time for the wedding. I cannot thank John Horton and the staff at The UPS Store on Lady's Island enough for everything they did. This went far beyond anything I would have expected from a UPS Store. I tried two places before Staples - had my fingers crossed as I entered the store. A woman who may or may not have been the manager happily assisted me by guiding me down an aisle and knew just what I was looking for (unlike the other stores). She showed me two different lengths and I chose one and she suggested I get a converter for my laptop. Smart lady! I had forgotten about that! After that good luck I took a chance and asked if she had Imodium (my son needed it and Walmart was out). She actually ran to an end-cap and looked! Didn't have it but had something similar, I can't remember what. I have to applaud good service and this woman who was working on 11/22/24 at 9:45am needs a commendation for going over & above! They're always quite rude and dismissive, but you get used to it because that's how they are.. everyone knows it. And reviews going back 10 years show that it's consistently bad. But it's one of the few places we can get print jobs done in Beaufort. My job was 12 laminated photos put back to back.. image on each side. 10 out of the 12 laminations were not able to be used because they were not lined up at all. When I took them back, they gave me a refund and they blamed the machine. When I went to speak to a manager about it, the print guy follows over so he can listen in. And now he decides to blame the employee he said may have made this mistake - who was not there, of course. Human error. I ask if they can get it correct and he tried telling me photos don't work well in a laminating machine so he goes back to trying to blame the machine. He doesn't want to do the job. He gives me the name of a graphics place nearby.. the Prince staff at Staples are useless. They don't want to do their job. They don't want to be there. They don't care how much money they waste in materials.. I'm going to be contacting Staples corporate office and explaining a little more in detail and show them the results of their inefficiency. With the evidence.Why do people think it's OK to be employed but not do their job? And waste customers time and money.? it's not cool. And it's why we have to do more than just write a review on yelp. people need to be held accountable.

I forwarded an email to Accurate Reproduction and I waited at the counter for 2 labels to be printed ($3.00 apiece), unfortunately for me, I had to wait for one employee to finish ordering lunch online and the other employee to finish trying to find a home for some puppies, before I could get my labels. I made 4 trips, carrying in a large box each time and neither employee offered to open the door. After attaching the labels, I went back to the counter to ask a question, but the male employee that was there, refused to acknowledge me, for a second time, so I left. Never, have I been treated this rudely in all of South Carolina. Like I said at the beginning, if you don't want FEDEX customers, then get out of the FEDEX business!!!
