This is where I was instructed to drop off my Amazon return package. I didn't have any other dealings with the employees other than handing them a box and asking for a receipt showing it was dropped off. The very little interaction I had was good though. The employees seemed pleasant and the store was clean. I was confused why a package store had a display selling local honey. This was the 3rd time I went there to drop off a return package. The first time it wasn't in the right box, although it was in the one it was shipped in. $7 later for a box they sold me I was able to ship my free return. 2nd time same thing but I took it to another drop off location and they had no problem taking it. Today, the top and bottom of an inch and half wide label wasn't taped. They told me I could take it home and tape it, and when I asked if they could tape it she said it would cost me $5!!! I made 6 copies for $1.28 and they refused to accept my debit card because it was for less than $5. I kindly asked them to charge me an extra $0.50 to cover their fee. The manager or owner, Patrick, came over and told me that he would charge my card $5 for the $1.28 charge of copies end of story. I asked him if it was his policy or the credit card processing company's policy to charge all cards under $5 a flat fee of $5 regardless of the charge. He then got defensive and told me it was his and could do it since Visa lost a huge court fee for charging processing fees. I had a $100 but didn't want to break it for the small amount. I kindly gave the $100 to the person helping me and turned to Patrick and said that I would never be coming back. He said, "Fine." As I was walking out a new lady showed up from the back and I asked if Patrick was the manager's name to make it I got it right and if they were on Yelp! She said, "No we're not, but we'd love to hear from jackasses like you." Lesson learned if I need copies in Walterboro I'll go to the public library. This place cares nothing for its customers and Patrick's a real douche. read more

The business practices of this store are so unbelievably bad, I have no words for it! This is the third time I called them, ask for hours and shipping times, the staff gives me wrong information and when I show up it's either too late, or they are closed and nobody is responsible for it. When I arrived at the store today, there were three people waiting in front of a closed door, all of which had the information that the store is open till 1 pm. After a phone call the owners tell me they are sorry, but the staff doesn't realize that on holidays they have different business hours... How hard is it to educate your staff about the hours on the next day so they can give correct and specific information's to the customers?! Do yourself a favor and ship from anywhere else but this place! read more
