    So I am a Costco shopper but Best Buy got up recently and decided to be competitive so we bought here. Once inside you have to seek out someone to assist you with Sony televisions as we needed three. He hands us off to someone else to finish off our shopping for appliances. We got an open box special on a Refrigerator that had zero issues and wanted a washer and dryer set from Samsung. Note we were very specific no agitator in the washer. Also wanted a wine cooler so he sent us off to look at another Best Buy as they were out of stock. When it came to check out my debit card wouldn't do as I already maxed out our daily limit of 10k. The salesman was unable to use our check as they do not know how too. You see they have a check machine but using it wasn't in his wheelhouse. Thankfully my husband gave his card and we were set. Note they only deliver to our town one day a week so will need to schedule three weeks from now delivery. Also note appliances get delivered on a Tuesday and Geek Squad on a Wednesday for televisions so you need a great wealth of time. So day of delivery their third party delivery delivers the wrong washer and leaves it. Tells us to contact Best Buy, easier said than done. You see if you want to talk to the actual store you can't they connect you to a person in another country that first off doesn't understand English nor understands what an agitator in a Washer is?! After seven failed attempts of calling to speak to someone that can help you have no choice but to go to the store. There you get a girl with an attitude in Customer Service with no customers to assist that finally gives you a Manager because she rather play on her phone. Please see attached photo. Even the manager it took him awhile to correct the situation and arrange to pick up and deliver the correct washer. Note when he brought me over to verify the correct washer I notice the washer is a lesser price and asked for the difference. After he finished the transaction and credited me the $75. back I asked the obvious. Are the other six items I bought on Sale? He tells me if that was the case the difference would magically go back to my account. Yeah he didn't want to be bothered. Note this store is very well deserving of the two stars that they have currently as an overall review. Other Yelpers must have had the dismal experience as well.

    I took my phone in to be repaired and when returned to me, it was in worse condition. They denied me service to help with the issue.

Once the technician finally arrived, things only got worse. He actually asked to borrow a tool from me, spent a lot of time on his phone trying to figure things out, and even had to call another tech for help. After all that, he gave me a guess about why my freezer wasn't working, while also trying to redirect me by saying my refrigerator might still be under warranty and that I should contact them instead. That's something that should have been clarified before the appointment, not after wasting my time. Now, four days later, my freezer is still not working. The part hasn't even been ordered, and I've been told yet another technician needs to come out. To make matters worse, they've given me another vague 4-5 hour window to wait around for them. Overall, this has been an incredibly frustrating and time-wasting experience. Poor communication, lack of preparation, and zero sense of urgency. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

    Hi Everyone, What do…read moreyou do when Home Depot in Bluffton, SC shows a quantity of 12 -3 pack toilet flappers in stock, so you order it online, pay for it online, and after you sent your wife to pick them up, and when she gets to the store, she's told they do not have them in stock? We had an outstanding experience and great customer service from Mike DeVito (no, not Danny's brother), who worked out a solution while my wife was standing at the service counter. Mike is a "get 'er done", type of guy, like I was in my business for my customers for over forty years, which I really appreciate. Customer service seems be harder and harder to come by these days but not apparently at Home Depot, as it is alive, and well! We both want to thank you Mike, because you did a great job, and are an outstanding example of why we have purchased almost all our major appliances (in six homes which we have owned), stone birch kitchen cabinets, along with hundreds fastener, screws, etc..., tons of tools, and a riding mower, to name a few, all from Home Depot. I know that a toilet flapper does not seem like an emergency, but when you've downsized from a home with four toilets to a house with two that three people have to use, it becomes extremely important because as you know, when you gotta go, you gotta go. I mean, it's not musical chairs, lol. Again, thanks Mike for doing a wonderful job of customer service and helping us. And thank you Home Depot for being smart enough to hire Mike. We will be back, because Home Depot is the place to get what you need, and get your job done, the first time!

We began our project working with the Ferguson reps in Atlanta before our move to Beaufort, SC. That's when the wheels fell off. Plumbing fixtures were delivered without our permission and our builder had to ask that they be picked up. Ferguson's accounting and inventory system is very antiquated and finding someone who will take ownership of a problem is almost impossible. When our home was completed, Ferguson's sent emails to our builder stating that they still had an outstanding balance. OK, first of all, my wife and I paid for everything and had every invoice and receipt. Second, Ferguson's was never authorized to tie anything regarding our build to our builder's account which hadn't been used in several years because our builder doesn't like working with Ferguson's for reasons we soon found out. It took several weeks and ultimately having our attorney contact the legal department at Ferguson's headquarters in Newport News to get action. The Bluffton manager, Bill Fischer, whose team created the problem, wanted no part in identifying where the bookkeeping error was or how to fix it. The Alpharetta showroom manager, Jonathan Cameron, ended up doing all of the work when Bill wiped his hands of the mess his people created, even when numerous other Ferguson's employees told him repeatedly that he was wrong. I cannot recommend Ferguson's after this event. While they may have nice products, lot's of people do. And perhaps they understand and value the customer relationship more than the Ferguson's in Bluffton.

The dining table is great. The recliner is not great. Within 2 days of the chair being delivered on 3-5-2026 the motor froze and the chair was unusable. The store picked the chair up on 3-12-2026 to repair it. Since then, now 30 days later, I have had to call the store weekly to try and find out when I will get the fully paid for chair back. The sales lady, Liz, tells me that it is not under her control and advised the in house repairman, Sam, has to update me. Sam never calls back so I keep calling the sales lady who can only tell me a motor was ordered. Just the other day I asked for a brand new chair to be delivered as I should not have to wait for a dud chair they sold me to be repaired. She would not commit to that and said Sam would call me. Well, Sam did not call me as usual. It is ridiculous that this store will not fulfill this order in a timely manner and does not communicate. They also do not refund or I would have requested a refund two weeks ago and gone elsewhere. Be sure you are aware this store will not refund purchases and be prepared for terrible service for problems after the sale. I can't recommend this store after this experience. I asked to speak to the owner and was told they are on vacation - very convenient. I called again today and still no call back. Buyer beware.

After eating at a card table for 4 months, we picked out a different set. I thought that they'd match the price of the original, but we had to pay the difference. It came and all was fine. The tabletop got ruined so we ordered a new one. They brought the wrong one! The next one they delivered had a defect, so they took it back and back to eating on the card table. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday, but was not because of 2 excuses. We waited for 4 hours. We were supposed to be the first delivery at 2:00, but it's now 5:15 and no delivery and another excuse and another day of waiting for 4 hours. No more Furniture Outlet for us!
