I had found a lovely Dutch oven I had wanted and it was 40% off. Since I didn't have cash to cover the purchase I had them hold it for me as I would come back. They kindly held it until my return. I had this brand of pots before. Greatly quality and made in France. I chose a beautiful Marine Blue to go with my kitchen. They have a beautiful selection of all things Le Creuset. Definitely will be back as the staff here are so nice and helpful. The prices are the lowest anywhere for this brand.

I visited this store this weekend and to my pleasant surprise I learned this store is a clearance…read morecenter. I assumed it was an outlet like other ones I have been to before. There are 3 clearance centers in the country, one outside of Washington DC, Yemessee SC and this store. The lady working in the store was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend stopping in to this store while you are at the outlets.

Plumbing fixtures were delivered without our permission and our builder had to ask that they be picked up. Ferguson's accounting and inventory system is very antiquated and finding someone who will take ownership of a problem is almost impossible. When our home was completed, Ferguson's sent emails to our builder stating that they still had an outstanding balance. OK, first of all, my wife and I paid for everything and had every invoice and receipt. Second, Ferguson's was never authorized to tie anything regarding our build to our builder's account which hadn't been used in several years because our builder doesn't like working with Ferguson's for reasons we soon found out. It took several weeks and ultimately having our attorney contact the legal department at Ferguson's headquarters in Newport News to get action. The Bluffton manager, Bill Fischer, whose team created the problem, wanted no part in identifying where the bookkeeping error was or how to fix it. The Alpharetta showroom manager, Jonathan Cameron, ended up doing all of the work when Bill wiped his hands of the mess his people created, even when numerous other Ferguson's employees told him repeatedly that he was wrong. I cannot recommend Ferguson's after this event. While they may have nice products, lot's of people do. And perhaps they understand and value the customer relationship more than the Ferguson's in Bluffton.

The team they have to demo your kitchen started off positive then all went wrong They quoted one price then charged me for things i didnt need . Left my dishwasher unhooked they lost the parts that hook the dishwasher. I had to hire other people to fix the mess the left after demo. They never finished the trim . The dishwasher was shoved into the space and it cause part of the wood to crack at the bottom. My friend tried to suggest something the head guy had a nasty attitude. I just Had to pay 200.00 to have the dishwasher hooked back up. I have the bill. They left place in a mess . Im going to the Better Business Bureau. I feel i should be compensated for most of what i paid. I will never ever use Cabinets to go .It was a nightmare.

Shout out to Dawn Ferguson and Kenny for expediting my purchase and installation with such short notice. We just finished completely remodeling our master bathroom with Hilton Head Kitchen and Tile…read more Previously we used them to remodel our kitchen. And soon we will remodel our laundry room and guest bathroom with them. I guess this says all you need to know about what we think about HH Kitchen and Tile. They are true professionals. Each person that comes to our house is at the top of their game. Perfectionists one and all. We are not saavy when it comes to remodeling. So we especially appreciate Randy and Debbie helping us form and decide what we want to do. The suggestions they offer are right on and give us what we need to feel comfortable to proceed. You never hear "we can't do that". It's always "yes we can do that". They are always on time. They are considerate of our space. They always clean up after themselves. Our remodel included a lot of carpentry, plumbing and electrical work. Our previous shower was now turned into a beautiful closet with many drawers and shelves. Our unused tub turned into a walk in shower. The existing window in the shower now has the ability to either fog or clear with a click of a switch. We want to thank in addition to Randy and Debbie Travis, Paul, Donny, Javier and Jose for their excellent work and for putting up with us. Needless to say, we highly recommend them!

I wasn't really looking for anything, my friend was shopping for pasta shells and sauce that she likes from here. I happened upon a bag of lime tortillas chips, which turned out to go perfectly with my leftover guacamole from Cinco's Grill. I also found some precious 'Dog Mom' slippers for my daughter who lives in Beaufort. And topped it off with a nice bottle of wine to share with my Bluffton buddy, who graciously played my hostess during my stay. The store was organized well and clean. The staff were available, even though they were busy and friendly. I'm sure I'll be back during my next visit and will find other unique items that I'll love!

The recliner is not great. Within 2 days of the chair being delivered on 3-5-2026 the motor froze and the chair was unusable. The store picked the chair up on 3-12-2026 to repair it. Since then, now 30 days later, I have had to call the store weekly to try and find out when I will get the fully paid for chair back. The sales lady, Liz, tells me that it is not under her control and advised the in house repairman, Sam, has to update me. Sam never calls back so I keep calling the sales lady who can only tell me a motor was ordered. Just the other day I asked for a brand new chair to be delivered as I should not have to wait for a dud chair they sold me to be repaired. She would not commit to that and said Sam would call me. Well, Sam did not call me as usual. It is ridiculous that this store will not fulfill this order in a timely manner and does not communicate. They also do not refund or I would have requested a refund two weeks ago and gone elsewhere. Be sure you are aware this store will not refund purchases and be prepared for terrible service for problems after the sale. I can't recommend this store after this experience. I asked to speak to the owner and was told they are on vacation - very convenient. I called again today and still no call back. Buyer beware.

I was shopping for outdoor furniture recently and stopped by here to see what they had to…read moreoffer. first, the selection was minimal. there were maybe two or three things I would have considered, but then calamity ensued... second, the salesperson new nothing about the products. did the cover come with it or not? oh - that is for a different product...oh that is not included...oh they didn't give me details on that product so I will have to call someone...let me check the booklet... all of this taking excruciatingly long! third, there prices are not great, and I highly doubt discounted. one item she said 'I can do that one for xxx', which was still no bargain. upon finding a really great patio furniture store down the road, which I will give five stars, I found the prices to be the same or better. so do yourself a favor and do not even step into the store. it will be an hour of your life you will never get back.
