Kile and his wife Meagan were so great - knowledgeable about every product, materials, care suggestions, styling, etc. Their selection and showroom is very large. lots of styles and options to choose from. and even more so when choosing fabrics for cushions and pillows if part of your selection. there pricing is fair - not too expensive and assuredly worth every penny. they back up any purchase and will come out to fix anything if need be. they delivered the base furniture within just a couple days and even provided 'loaner cushions' and tables while they were making mine. most everything there is done on site at that location, not sent out to malaysia or china to be made and received 6-8 weeks later. this was a huge factor for us as we are on the island for the summer and desired to enjoy our new furniture as quickly as possible. I was having a party and Kyle managed to get the order expedited. He called me to let me know where the manufacturer was in the process of manufacturing my cushions. I was very pleased. in addition, when I had called earlier to order a new coffee table for my outdoor set, as mine was crumbling apart, Casey let me know that the item had a lifetime warranty. She asked me to send a photo of the table. They replaced the coffee table! I highly recommend Palm Casual Bluffton for the extra mile both Casey and Kyle went to in order to give great customer service.

A few gentlemen were outside whom welcomed us in. For this to be a large warehouse, they didn't really have alot of options available. The options were decent, but nothing I was looking for or comparable to the website. I think it could use some work on the outside and with the inventory and that might help get more customers in, as it was very empty. I wasn't really looking for anything, my friend was shopping for pasta shells and sauce that she likes from here. I happened upon a bag of lime tortillas chips, which turned out to go perfectly with my leftover guacamole from Cinco's Grill. I also found some precious 'Dog Mom' slippers for my daughter who lives in Beaufort. And topped it off with a nice bottle of wine to share with my Bluffton buddy, who graciously played my hostess during my stay. The store was organized well and clean. The staff were available, even though they were busy and friendly. I'm sure I'll be back during my next visit and will find other unique items that I'll love!

I spent a long time there looking at their many samples to find a fabric suitable for the cushions in my sunroom. I truly appreciated that I was allowed to examine all of their samples without interference and without feeling impelled to make a hasty choice, and when I did ask questions, there were staff standing by to help. After narrowing my list down, they allowed me to take home several samples for consideration. Everyone seemed determined that I make the best choice regarding what I needed.
