Well I will give you the facts they had an opening night for Christmas season, everything 20 % off,lots of folks we figured come back the next day, we actually opened the store with them we asked if we can get the 20%!off a very nice sales person said absolutely, my cousin brought a few items , my wife picked out a few things and at check out another sales person I guess the manager or owner said nope no 20% off she should not have done that..... alas we left all the items behind . This is one of my favorite shops within the Historic District of Savannah. Specifically, it's in an area of the historic district that locals refer to as the Design District. It gets this name because of the array of home interior, lighting design and antique shops. One Fish, Two Fish is well suited in the Design District! Lovely shop full of wonderful things! Masks required, hand sanitizing station at front door. Felt very comfortable and clean. I always find the best jewelry in this shop. This visit they were featuring beautiful lines that were owned and operated by women in the front cases. They also have really cool bath and home items as well as handbags from party clutches to carry on sizes. read more

My new favorite store in Savannah! They have everything! My friend and I were biking around Savannah. One of the purchases on our list was bookends. This adorable little Shop displayed on its window that it sold books so we ventured into the store. We were first met by Pam, she immediately went about searching the entire store for some bookings. She found A pair. I assumed this was A high end shop when I first walked in and was expecting much higher prices. Surprisingly the bookends were very reasonable.. Sooo.... We decided to further explore the store. Pam was so helpful without being pushy. Anything we needed she was there. There was another woman who was working there and I did not get her name but she was such a sweetheart as well. It took us about an hour to explore the entire store. It's set up in departments. It's a lot larger than it looks outside.. We found Some amazing clothing articles, jewelry, candles and some fabulous shoes. My purchase price was way below what I would've expected. The girl who checked us out, Veronica, was so pleasant and I just felt like I was shopping with friends. I will never come to Savannah again without stopping in this lovely new favorite store. The ladies were all so nice I am shocked by the Reviews but I do understand that some people will only write a review if they are really unhappy. A great place to browse band find unique gifts for birthday and Christmas. I love coming to this boutique!!!

One of my favorite places to take friends when they come in from out of town. Such a variety of gifts and homewares. They have a great selection of accessories at all price points, several locally owned lines including some wonderful smelling candles. Most notable is their customer service. While they are always helpful and polite, these ladies went above and beyond last time I was in. It was close to closing and they had a rush of customers, but the two shopkeepers stayed late to help me select some earrings and necklaces for an upcoming trip. Also- don't miss their Annex across the street- some great clothing and more jewelry. read more

This shop is just the cutest. I had a few hours to explore Savannah, and managed to wander my way in here. Everything here just feels so cozy and friendly. They have such a unique variety of gifts and home decor. I absolutely love the fact that they are a small business, and they support other small business as well as many of the larger, local businesses. I wish I had a need for more home decor; I really wanted to bring one of everything home with me. The staff was exceptional. They were able to help me find exactly what I was looking for, and really took their time to make sure to get it right. I wish all boutiques across the country had this kind of friendly service. This store used to be located on Broughton Street but moved a few years back to this streecorner of Whitaker and Jones. It's a great location and a charming little boutique. The emphasis here is on furniture, tableware, a small but ample selection of coffee table books on design and decorating, and lots of unique home furnishings. When I lived in Savannah, this is where I would always bring out of town guests who were searching for some little item to bring back to their mom, sister, or auntie as a treat from their visit. Some of the tableware, bedding, and furniture is off the chain posh but the prices, considering the territory we're in here, are not over the top. Then there are gift/personal items like their superb travel atlas/journal that you won't be apt to find elsewhere and are real treasures. Also, their bath items such as bath salts are amazing and they have these coral napkin rings which are at once cute and very refined. You'll find a great gift for anyone with a house which they care about if you shop in this store. Let me just put it this way . . . I am a grungy little skate-rat of a boy, things of lace and satin don't impress me much, but I could spend hours in here and still drop serious cash nonetheless. If you're a Nathalie Dupree-type Southern lady, you'll swoon in here out of sheer wonder of the beauty and coolness of the place then never ever want to leave. read more

Cool shop with unique gifts and decor items right off Jones St. We stopped in for a great 30% off sale on some Christmas items. They have a wide range of prices and a well curated selection of local stuff. Even the furnishings were affordable for what they were. The employees were very friendly and helpful. i have never been treated so poorly in a store. All 3 ladies working here were on their cell phones and not interested in helping anyone. Then when they got off their phones they seemed totally annoyed that anyone needed help. We asked for help looking for a necklace and her response was "well did you look?". They also walked around acting like you were going to steal something. I purchased a necklace and I wish I would have waited to purchase it somewhere else. Unless you like being treated poorly I would not visit this shop. read more

We came for a local restaurant which was next door but my wife decided to go in and shop. They have some nice merchandise; however, I don't think I have run into such a giant pack of snobs in twenty years or more. She was treated as a lower form of life when she walked in the door. Then it gets more interesting. My wife is pregnant, and the baby shifted on top of her bladder. It happens. She needed a restroom and asked. In spite of her pregancy and condition the lady working the place refused knowing that the next nearest public restroom was several blocks away. I was thrilled. My wife left the serving platter she was about to buy in the store, and I don't believe either of us will set foot in the place again. In Savannah, this is not merely a little bit rude but rather ruthlessly inconsiderate, completely out of character not only for a merchant in this town, but anywhere else. I'm accustomed to better treatment and customer service from pawn shops in New Jersey. read more

This was the only boutique we found open (and barely) late afternoon on a Sunday in Savannah. If we had to only see one store, I'm glad it was this one. It had a fun selection of home goods and accessories. Oddly enough, I purchased a necklace and sunglasses and NOT items for my home...which is not my m.o. at all. Some things are priced high for my taste but seemed appropriate for a boutique store. They had some jewelry that my wife loved and I enjoyed some of their coffee table books. What a unique store! I was just in Savannah for lunch and stopped in with my mother while my dad waited in line. I was expecting a shop where I would just browse, but instead I found scarves and a candle. I am from Chicago and there are plenty of local gift/specialty boutiques here, but One Fish Two Fish was great. It's a different mix than many things you see in other Savannah shops. I noticed some of the comments about service. The gal who checked me out was very friendly and helpful. I think her job was to be the "friendly face". A Rare Gem in a beautiful city! This quaint little store is so precious. I could spend a whole afternoon shopping in there. We had a young gentleman named Chad who waited on us, and he was amazing. So helpful and friendly. I absolutely love candles and they had so many different kinds to choose from. There was no misunderstanding about the return policy on my part. I was told out right that returning would not be a problem. When I questioned further asking if I would receive an actual refund I was told no problem. By definition a refund is money given back, not store credit. I also explained that the items I purchased were for Christmas gifts and I would not know if I needed to return them until then. Again, I was told no problem. Of course this is the first time the owner of the store has even bothered to respond to my issue. I have asked to speak with her and I have never had a call returned to me. I understand that this is a small business which is why I questioned the sales person about the return policy. So yes, I do feel I was told what the sales person thought I wanted to hear at the time so I would make a larger purchase. My husband owns and runs a small family business and I can tell you this would have been handled very differently in our case. read more

My mother got injured here and was bleeding all over the place. We asked the saleswoman for a tissue. She offered the napkin from her lunch and said there was a hose outside. My mother was clearly hurt. How heartless of the saleswoman to not help. I wouldn't even expect such treatment from an absolute stranger. Never going back here ever again. read more

After spending $600 at the smaller of their two shops on a warm Saturday afternoon I asked if they had some water for my wife and me. The nice young woman who had attended to my wife said no, but that they would have some across the street at the main shop. So we walked over and asked if we could get some water. She brought two bottles and asked how I wished to pay for it. I was astounded. She replied, "sorry; not my policy." Incredulous we left, and will not open our wallets there again. My husband and I love visiting Savannah and I've heard about One Fish Two Fish for several years and was really looking forward to my visit there. The morning I decided to go we had been driving around as it was raining and we just wanted to sight see out of the rain. I wasn't aware of the time so when we drove up to the store I was excited to shop there. I saw a couple of ladies go in and got out to enter the store...whereupon I was met by a very snobby woman who said "yes, can I help you" blocking entrance to the shop, when I told her I was there to shop....she said we're not open yet. I then noticed it was about 9:50 and that they opened at 10:00. Her attitude was so snobby I just couldn't bring myself to wait the extra 10 minutes. I was prepared to drop some serious money but no way would I give them any business after her attitude. I'm sure it's a lovely store but I would suggest in the future to be a little more pleasant and accomodating to future shoppers. My DIL was there the next week and I advised her against shopping there due to my experience. read more

We decided to come down from Charleston to spend the afternoon and happened upon this sweet little shop. Coming across an item I'd been considering from Nordstrom, I knew the item was made in another color but didn't see it. I said to the woman of a certain age behind the counter "excuse me?" And being 4 feet from us she certainly heard me but took her time to look up from counting money. When I asked if they happened to carry the item in that color ever, she said in the most unnecessarily cold way, "No. We don't." Alright then.
