Store owner told me the repair would take 4 weeks. Called three times over the next 9 weeks asking for an update. They always said that they would check and get back to me. At 8 weeks I spoke to the owner who again said she'd investigate the delay and get back to me. No one ever followed up. This is not a reliable place to get a lamp shade repaired. I paid the premium price and picked it up 13 weeks later. I won't do business with them again.

Simple easy purchase. While there, I noticed they also had "lat & long" pillows. Of course, unfortunately, they didn't have my town. I asked the woman if I could order one and have it shipped and her reply ABSOLUTLEY blew me away. "If you give me 15 mins, I can do it now for you". WHAT????? I was able to pick out my colors, my design, my size to complete my pillow. The women STOPPED what they were hand blocking and made me my very own hand picked custom color pillow. (I'm constantly changing decor so I went on the safe side neutral"). I cannot praise these ladies enough! Customer service above and beyond. . And I forgot to mention, the shop has the most incredible hand crafted low country gifts, perfect for the upcoming holiday season for host gifts, I forgot to take pictures of items because I was so excited about MINE. A definite must see!

When asked questions about products two sales women were ambivalent and seemed inconvenienced by my inquiry & not equipped to answer questions about product. The entire time in the store the two sales clerks held their own discussion regarding other matters of their own. I have been a consistent customer for close to 15 years. This place used to have excellent customer service, welcoming and eager to help with inquiries. While given this current experience I will think twice about shopping here. Disappointing experience especially after finishing a long day of work.

I was still on the hunt for a magnet from Hilton Head, but wasn't able to find one that I liked at the Caligny Plaza. They have some really cute magnets here that I didn't see anywhere else. They also have a large selection of really nice home goods, including some super cute little sauce bowls. I also picked up a Christmas ornament. Staff were very nice and friendly. They even wrapped one of my magnets up nicely when I told her it was a gift for my mom.
