Once I decided to purchase - I noted the prices rang up differently (higher) and I asked why the price was different. She stated that I needed a coupon and seemed a bit exasperated with me for asking about it. Regardless, she helped me obtain the app/discount and I was grateful. I found what I needed -including helpful customer service but noted one customer service person who seemed put out to deal with us.

I went into the store to buy two comforters that the website said the store had two of. When every single employee came out of the bathroom at the same time I explained my situation and the lady told me to go back to kids clothes and ask her to help me. I said can you call her and let her know I'm coming and she said no.??? So I left the store, ordered them on line for pick up at the store and got them. Ridiculous!! I bought a shirt for my father in law at the Men's store and the salesperson could not have been more helpful. He was asked to speak as a Veteran at a Fourth of July event and the man doesn't own something red, white and blue.Had to fix that! Great experience. I also bought a cute infant outfit for my neighbor who just had a baby girl. Took awhile as two employees were engrossed in conversation even though I was standing right there waiting to check out.
