The SECOND one had the exact same problem in the same places. On the 7th they brought us the THIRD one. It looked like a roller coaster. We requested a refund. Their response was no, they would bring us a Fourth one or we could choose something else. This was a $3,700 mistake for certain!

In that first visit what really stood out was the pictures. They are a step above any one else's in the area. I fell in love with a particular one with oyster shells. The colors were amazing. Sadly I didn't buy it right than and there as I never saw another one like it on all my visits that followed. Now a month ago already in the new house we were shopping here and saw a dining room table we liked. Unfortunately the chairs that were displayed with it didn't really go. So we proceeded to look all over the store for possible choices. The two salespersons working there did little to nothing to assist us. In fact on that particular day there was not one other customer in the store. Needless to say we ended up leaving and eventually buying the perfect dining room set for us elsewhere. So why go back? Because we like their pictures and we aren't going to let two individuals stop us from shopping. On our return it was Saturday of Memorial Day weekend and they were having a 20% off sale on the pictures. We luckily spotted an octopus picture that would be perfect in our family room with an octopus bowl as well. Also in metal in a seafoam green color we got a school a fish. Lastly a sea turtle just love it don't know exactly where it will be hung yet a definite keeper. Guess what happened a whole store full of sales associates that actually helped us take the items down from where they were hanging, brought them to the register for us and even assisted us in getting them Into our car. Moral of this review if you see something you like in a store don't let someone else's poor attitude and performance not allow you to get what you want.

Store owner told me the repair would take 4 weeks. Called three times over the next 9 weeks asking for an update. They always said that they would check and get back to me. At 8 weeks I spoke to the owner who again said she'd investigate the delay and get back to me. No one ever followed up. This is not a reliable place to get a lamp shade repaired. I paid the premium price and picked it up 13 weeks later. I won't do business with them again.

The recliner is not great. Within 2 days of the chair being delivered on 3-5-2026 the motor froze and the chair was unusable. The store picked the chair up on 3-12-2026 to repair it. Since then, now 30 days later, I have had to call the store weekly to try and find out when I will get the fully paid for chair back. The sales lady, Liz, tells me that it is not under her control and advised the in house repairman, Sam, has to update me. Sam never calls back so I keep calling the sales lady who can only tell me a motor was ordered. Just the other day I asked for a brand new chair to be delivered as I should not have to wait for a dud chair they sold me to be repaired. She would not commit to that and said Sam would call me. Well, Sam did not call me as usual. It is ridiculous that this store will not fulfill this order in a timely manner and does not communicate. They also do not refund or I would have requested a refund two weeks ago and gone elsewhere. Be sure you are aware this store will not refund purchases and be prepared for terrible service for problems after the sale. I can't recommend this store after this experience. I asked to speak to the owner and was told they are on vacation - very convenient. I called again today and still no call back. Buyer beware.

After eating at a card table for 4 months, we picked out a different set. I thought that they'd match the price of the original, but we had to pay the difference. It came and all was fine. The tabletop got ruined so we ordered a new one. They brought the wrong one! The next one they delivered had a defect, so they took it back and back to eating on the card table. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday, but was not because of 2 excuses. We waited for 4 hours. We were supposed to be the first delivery at 2:00, but it's now 5:15 and no delivery and another excuse and another day of waiting for 4 hours. No more Furniture Outlet for us!

The furniture we selected was ordered and arrived in a timely fashion. The quality is superb and the price is reasonable. Twice as expensive but better per MJ. Delivery was unpleasant as the men didn't like anything about the job. Parking, stairs, assembly and more. I asked MJ to take them back and she basically refused but offered 30 cents on the dollar. We had a flurry of text messages and one face to face where she told me off. At that point I gave up. Lukejohn avoids calls, doesn't call back, doesn't provide updates and doesn't deliver on promises. I mean, a simple google search on the guy should tell you all that you need to know when two of the first things that pop up are his mugshot and a breach of contract lawsuit. Sad excuse of a "business", so frustrating and really disappointing. The worst part is my parents are the ones dealing with this company. The kitchen and master bath were supposed to be finished by Labor Day 2024, it was then pushed back to thanksgiving 2024 and the kitchen was barely useable then. The master bath was completed may 9th and the kitchen is STILL not done. 90% of the cost of the cabinets was paid in October in preparation for delivery and they still don't have the finished cabinets. A year ago they were so excited about their new house and since then, they have been constantly let down by this company and it has turned their excitement of starting a new chapter of life in a new home into a complete nightmare. Finally, my mom asked me to call Lukejohn as a last resort after trying to get ahold of him for days/ weeks. And guess what...he answered the phone! When I told him who I was he rudely told me he was out of town and busy and someone would be reaching out that day. They then gave them a July 1st date, which has since turned into August 4th. incredibly pathetic.
