For more than six months I have been trying to get this business to help with a damaged item, they say they will have their service gal (now no longer employed there) and most recently a new guy (that has taken over their warranty and or service. It has been so long with zero help I assume when I finally show up in person YET again they will say out of warranty! I wish I had bought my house of furniture somewhere else that doesn't sale sale sale and no f/u after the sale! Poor business practice

Store owner told me the repair would take 4 weeks. Called three times over the next 9 weeks asking for an update. They always said that they would check and get back to me. At 8 weeks I spoke to the owner who again said she'd investigate the delay and get back to me. No one ever followed up. This is not a reliable place to get a lamp shade repaired. I paid the premium price and picked it up 13 weeks later. I won't do business with them again.

The recliner is not great. Within 2 days of the chair being delivered on 3-5-2026 the motor froze and the chair was unusable. The store picked the chair up on 3-12-2026 to repair it. Since then, now 30 days later, I have had to call the store weekly to try and find out when I will get the fully paid for chair back. The sales lady, Liz, tells me that it is not under her control and advised the in house repairman, Sam, has to update me. Sam never calls back so I keep calling the sales lady who can only tell me a motor was ordered. Just the other day I asked for a brand new chair to be delivered as I should not have to wait for a dud chair they sold me to be repaired. She would not commit to that and said Sam would call me. Well, Sam did not call me as usual. It is ridiculous that this store will not fulfill this order in a timely manner and does not communicate. They also do not refund or I would have requested a refund two weeks ago and gone elsewhere. Be sure you are aware this store will not refund purchases and be prepared for terrible service for problems after the sale. I can't recommend this store after this experience. I asked to speak to the owner and was told they are on vacation - very convenient. I called again today and still no call back. Buyer beware.

MJ and her staff helped make this job easy by advising us about fabrics, appropriate size needed etc. MJ made a personal visit to our home to advise us. The furniture we selected was ordered and arrived in a timely fashion. The quality is superb and the price is reasonable. As the years passed, we only shopped at this store when we needed carpeting and new mattresses. We recently replaced our sofas to update our living room.The service we receive is exceptional and we highly recommend shopping at this fine furniture store.

Since we paid for an item over the phone I asked one of the sales people if I could have a copy of my receipt. She looked at me with disdain and told me in no uncertain terms that she was not involved my purchase and had no idea where it was. It was the tone of her delivery and look on her face. As I was leaving with my purchase which I had been so excited about I vowed to go else where for the rest of my needs. Not as much as a thank you when we left.
