They run almost non-stop sales-- if what you're looking for isn't on sale this week, wait a week or two and you'll find it between 30% and 60% off. The best deals are on clearance items that have been further reduced by another 40-60%. This particular store is relatively small for the chain and yet carries plenty of inventory in its stock. In my opinion, this store's greatest asset is its Store Manager, Don. The man is as knowledgeable as any clothing salesperson I have ever met. He is truly the definition of "consultative" in his approach and is honest as the day is long.

Looking through the reviews has confirmed my thoughts. This store has slipped from a high level class of service ( not merchandise ). It was encountering the woman working there on this visit that lacked simple professionalism and hospitality. Instead she had an odd attitude with a smirk on her face. Never once did she offer to take items we couldn't find where they belonged. ( I have worked retail for almost 30 years myself. We were trying to help! ) The island is primarily a resort, particularly Harbor Town. One would think the employee would keep that in mind. Impressions matter. They will be where we shop from here on out on our visits and given their location in Wexford Village, you don't have to pay a gate fee to go shop there.

They helped us find the items we were looking for and when I inquired about price - she checked the prices. Once I decided to purchase - I noted the prices rang up differently (higher) and I asked why the price was different. She stated that I needed a coupon and seemed a bit exasperated with me for asking about it. Regardless, she helped me obtain the app/discount and I was grateful. I found what I needed -including helpful customer service but noted one customer service person who seemed put out to deal with us.
