I made the MISTAKE of purchasing several items from their website. The receipt stated I could mail the returns OR take them to the store. I drove 2 hours round trip to return 3 items with my receipt and was turned away with a laugh - "this is an outlet. You purchased that from Chico's." I was flabbergasted. The sign above the door says "Chico's." It does not say Chico's outlet. If it wasn't for Chico's outlet then Chico's wouldn't have my email & phone #.
