I found this gem of a boutique about 3 years ago. The owner quickly learned my name and greets me every time I stop by to shop. Today she was away from the store but I was greeted by several other employees by name. I was asked by more than one sales associate how they might help. They came to my dressing room to bring different sizes and suggested additional pieces. I have always had the most pleasant and fun experience every time I shop at The Haven. For a small boutique I am always surprised at how much new merchandise is available. If you are a big print and love colors this probably will not be your go to store but for those looking for a twist on trendy classics in basic colors you will want to check out this wonderful little shop! read more

I am giving two stars just because the shop does have some cute clothes. However!! after I purchased a top but found it did not match the wardrobe item I purchased it for, I tried to return it. I found that Haven has a 7 day return policy which I admit I did not see nor would I have been able to be at the shop within that timeframe. I arrived at store on day 9! Store credit was offered but as I knew I would not shop further at that store, I requested a refund assuming, as I was a local, the management would have authorized that. No such luck! and no consideration was made. As a businesswoman myself I was surprised by that attitude! And I won't be a continuing customer. read more

My daughter and I were ready to shop after looking at their Instagram page. The woman who was working didn't even acknowledge us. She was very judgemental with her demeanor. My daughter was looking at the shoes and jeans, the lady working didn't even come over and ask what size or if she wanted a fitting room. We felt not welcome there and very judged. We immediately left. Through the years of living part time here, we have been to many boutiques in Hilton Head and Bluffton and never had that experience here.
