Snooty and pretentious staff. Went in on a Tuesday afternoon and 2 employees behind the counter chatting and was never spoken to or asked if I needed any help. I was walking around with clothes to try on and had to request a dressing room. Never checked on me to see if they could help etc. Obviously, I walked out without making a purchase. read more

Gigi's is and has always been a must on every trip to the island. They've got such a great selection with styles that appeal to both me and my much younger daughter. The staff, wonderful! I've even been in a pinch attending a funeral and they went above and beyond. Great insta too, check them out! read more

Went here after eating an overpriced terrible meal next door at the Cootage. Looking for gifts along with my girlfriend with me. She knows a thing or two about fashion and clothes having been a former buyer for Macy's for 12 years. She pointed out that they were buying obviously from closeout wholesalers, as she recognized the brands and the "private label" knock offs immediately. And she was laughing at the prices and limited selection. She figures that the store stays open because there are no other boutiques in the area and people figure they are actually getting something for their money. read more

Such a cool dress shop... found some amazing summer dresses. Not cheap but not crazy expensive either located in the lovely town of Bluffton. Staff is friendly and accommodating. I gave it such low rating cause I ended up following with a phone call to purchase another dress I tried on and my hotel was not near by... I paid for shipping and was promised it'll go out Monday. I bought it specifically for an upcoming trip that it'll be perfect for. They didn't ship till Tuesday and did UPS ground. Now it's not gonna get to me on time. I would have paid extra to ship it to me quicker. So I gave them an opportunity to intercept and try to get it to me on time or just return. They intercepted, returned and still charged me shipping. Shipping I never got! So for that... poor review is in order. I guess they didn't think there's an incentive to make a customer from another state happy. If I was the manager, I would have handled it differently. In the cyber age, local reputation is not the only thing that counts. read more

I had high expectations for a little botique located in "Olde Town" Bluffton. But I quickly learned that the selection of clothes for women were skimpy, and size selection even worse. Whoever is the "buyer" for this store obviously has a lack of understanding of what a woman really wants. My guess is the owner goes to the Atlanta market, views what the wholesalers are offering, and then picks out whatever they have on "sale". They then come back to their little botique and mark the prices up about 10 X what they are worth. I saw jeans that sell literally for $25 dollars at other stores that they have marked up for $100 plus!! I saw a blouse that was dated from about 3 years ago they were trying to sell for $75. Then go in the back room and go thru the sales racks there and see some of the hideous styles they could not off on any sane sophisticated woman. All in all...a waste of my time and my 2 friends with me. We headed for better places...and it wasn't going to ever be here again. read more
