Parking wasn't a problem. There were multiple spots available. Once we parked, we decided to check out stores. This location has a nice variety, everything from the Hilton Head T-shirt company to Salty Dog, to Nike, Vans, Banana Republic, Crocs, and more. Also, pro tip, if you download the Tanger outlet, multiple stores had additional coupons available. I didn't fare too well at this section, but got a shirt from Salty Dog for me and my husband.

I'm 5 ft 10 and have a chest so unless you're xs or small there is almost nothing for anyone over a size 8 to try on. I drove 20 miles out of my way to go here because I needed a dress for an event.
