The racks are junky and disorganized, and so close together you can hardly get around! The two young girls in Cosmetics especially need to learn manners, to move the line along and be considerate of all. And not just waste time chatting with their friends! They are totally nonchalant and not at all concerned with helping the long lines waiting there- since most of the other registers are closed! With the new stores opening across the street, I will be truly amazed if this Belk stays in business!

Now if you are a DoorDasher, the internet signal makes it difficult to scan items unless you are near the door. And there are a lot of items in the store so finding the items can be a challenge. There are no bags anymore so be prepared to carry your items out to your car. I am not autistic that I am aware of, but I get overstimulated in Five Below. I want to go and wander around, but there is a lot going on so I dread it at the same time. First off, both sets of double doors slam and bounce every time customers walk in. And there is a chime that goes off too. Staff shout "Welcome to Five Below" when you walk in. Overhead music is loud, kids are bouncing balls, and running around. I have gotten to the point where I bring ear plugs with me if I know I am going.

I couldn't find a thumb drive (the reason I was here) so an employee helped me, and the same one checked me out in the electronics dept. From the time I walked into the store till this time I walked out was less than ten minutes. Not bad for Walmart. All in all a good visit.

Forget about finding a cashier with less than 6 in line. Very rare. Many items in the pharmacy section have a 6 month or less expiration date! Someone is NOT vigilant! Clothing looks cheap but costs more! Worst of all, I cannot find simple things I'm shopping for because they are in very odd places, not priced, and aisle signs are not well labeled. The APP usually does NOT even work in the store, so it too is useless. Often personnel are as confused as I am when I ask for directions. I want the old WalMart back, with better organization! I avoid going to this one unless I am desperate. Then I always regret it.

The inventory was a bit lean, but from talking with an employee the recent grand opening wiped out a lot of product. The ceilings here were much higher, but the basic TJ lay-out was still in play. Even though I rarely shop at brick and mortar stores anymore, I will happily come back to this outlet.
