The only potential negative would be the younger associates seemed to whisper and roll their eyes/shake their head in troubled disbelief that my spouse tried on so many different outfits (many sizes of the same things). Apparently they don't realize that often different outfits fit differently (sizing is much less uniform these days) not to mention that as folks get older - curves appear in larger proportion and today's clothing doesn't always fit those curves like we wished they did - hence trying on several sizes to find just the right fit! We do really like J Crew - so we just kept shopping and were polite. We bought several items before we left and those associates were still putting away what we didn't feel fit well. I am grateful we helped pay their salary today and we shared our gratitude for their help with us today before we left.

The racks are junky and disorganized, and so close together you can hardly get around! The two young girls in Cosmetics especially need to learn manners, to move the line along and be considerate of all. And not just waste time chatting with their friends! They are totally nonchalant and not at all concerned with helping the long lines waiting there- since most of the other registers are closed! With the new stores opening across the street, I will be truly amazed if this Belk stays in business!

Uhaul customer service said one was available 40 minutes away. It wasn't. Finally told one was available an hour away. So we would have to pay for the gas to bring it back! We also had a crew that hired that would be sitting there waiting for my return, being paid! We called Ryan at The Parking Lot and within an hour he found one for us and had it sitting on the lot. This isn't the first time Ryan has saved our moving needs. I firmly believe Uhaul corporate doesn't care, but Ryan does! I would use Ryan and Uhaul everytime here in Beaufort!!!!!!!!!!!!
