We began our project working with the Ferguson reps in Atlanta before our move to Beaufort, SC. That's when the wheels fell off. Plumbing fixtures were delivered without our permission and our builder had to ask that they be picked up. Ferguson's accounting and inventory system is very antiquated and finding someone who will take ownership of a problem is almost impossible. When our home was completed, Ferguson's sent emails to our builder stating that they still had an outstanding balance. OK, first of all, my wife and I paid for everything and had every invoice and receipt. Second, Ferguson's was never authorized to tie anything regarding our build to our builder's account which hadn't been used in several years because our builder doesn't like working with Ferguson's for reasons we soon found out. It took several weeks and ultimately having our attorney contact the legal department at Ferguson's headquarters in Newport News to get action. The Bluffton manager, Bill Fischer, whose team created the problem, wanted no part in identifying where the bookkeeping error was or how to fix it. The Alpharetta showroom manager, Jonathan Cameron, ended up doing all of the work when Bill wiped his hands of the mess his people created, even when numerous other Ferguson's employees told him repeatedly that he was wrong. I cannot recommend Ferguson's after this event. While they may have nice products, lot's of people do. And perhaps they understand and value the customer relationship more than the Ferguson's in Bluffton.

While it took several weeks to get everything ready and in stock, it only took them 2 weeks to complete the installation. My wife and I are very happy campers and would use them again if needed. I highly recommend for their great craftsmanship, professionalism and reasonable cost. Hopefully my before and after pics will load without issue.

Being it was my first time to this location I was pleasantly surprised by the free parking for customers behind the store. That alone warrants them an extra star. Once inside surprised by the concrete flooring they looked like they were under renovation but who do I ask? I get to work to see where the bedding is and a couple displays to inspire me. I chose the quilt in a king size in a floral stitch flax color. I go to the register that had no customers and asked the sales associate for the item in the size needed. She checked in the back and was gone a long time I figure I got a 50/50 chance they will have it. Pleasantly surprised I was brought one still in its plastic wrapped up. I was than rung up on the register. No sale unfortunately but they haven't had any sales in a while. Just thankful I got what I needed. Definitely needed to see in person the stitching detail which you can't really see online. Not the color of my etoile shams will go with it. Definitely will return again for all my future needs.

Plus, the spaces are narrow and doesn't give you a lot of space for loading. - Building/Store: Its basically a large warehouse with flooring around the outer left and back walls, backsplash is to the right and along the wall and they have a small clearance selection by the restrooms. And in the middle is a mix of porcelain, glass and marble tiles. It's clean and open. - Service: The staff were helpful and actually seemed to enjoy their job and were happy to be there. Which is always a plus. They were also patient with us while we ended up trying to decide what we needed. - Merchandise: Even if we weren't being picky about where the tile was imported from. They don't have an large selection of different types of tile to pick from. There was more porcelain and ceramic then marble and granite which is what we were looking for. They are also SUPER limited on what they offer for Granite countertops which is why we ended up getting for our tops somewhere else and for cheaper. Overall: It's a decent location if you are looking for a good deal for doing a simple job.
