We began our project working with the Ferguson reps in Atlanta before our move to Beaufort, SC. That's when the wheels fell off. Plumbing fixtures were delivered without our permission and our builder had to ask that they be picked up. Ferguson's accounting and inventory system is very antiquated and finding someone who will take ownership of a problem is almost impossible. When our home was completed, Ferguson's sent emails to our builder stating that they still had an outstanding balance. OK, first of all, my wife and I paid for everything and had every invoice and receipt. Second, Ferguson's was never authorized to tie anything regarding our build to our builder's account which hadn't been used in several years because our builder doesn't like working with Ferguson's for reasons we soon found out. It took several weeks and ultimately having our attorney contact the legal department at Ferguson's headquarters in Newport News to get action. The Bluffton manager, Bill Fischer, whose team created the problem, wanted no part in identifying where the bookkeeping error was or how to fix it. The Alpharetta showroom manager, Jonathan Cameron, ended up doing all of the work when Bill wiped his hands of the mess his people created, even when numerous other Ferguson's employees told him repeatedly that he was wrong. I cannot recommend Ferguson's after this event. While they may have nice products, lot's of people do. And perhaps they understand and value the customer relationship more than the Ferguson's in Bluffton.

While it took several weeks to get everything ready and in stock, it only took them 2 weeks to complete the installation. My wife and I are very happy campers and would use them again if needed. The team they have to demo your kitchen started off positive then all went wrong They quoted one price then charged me for things i didnt need . Left my dishwasher unhooked they lost the parts that hook the dishwasher. I had to hire other people to fix the mess the left after demo. They never finished the trim . The dishwasher was shoved into the space and it cause part of the wood to crack at the bottom. My friend tried to suggest something the head guy had a nasty attitude. I just Had to pay 200.00 to have the dishwasher hooked back up. I have the bill. They left place in a mess . Im going to the Better Business Bureau. I feel i should be compensated for most of what i paid. I will never ever use Cabinets to go .It was a nightmare.

And soon we will remodel our laundry room and guest bathroom with them. I guess this says all you need to know about what we think about HH Kitchen and Tile. They are true professionals. Each person that comes to our house is at the top of their game. Perfectionists one and all. We are not saavy when it comes to remodeling. So we especially appreciate Randy and Debbie helping us form and decide what we want to do. The suggestions they offer are right on and give us what we need to feel comfortable to proceed. You never hear "we can't do that". It's always "yes we can do that". They are always on time. They are considerate of our space. They always clean up after themselves. Our remodel included a lot of carpentry, plumbing and electrical work. Our previous shower was now turned into a beautiful closet with many drawers and shelves. Our unused tub turned into a walk in shower. The existing window in the shower now has the ability to either fog or clear with a click of a switch. We want to thank in addition to Randy and Debbie Travis, Paul, Donny, Javier and Jose for their excellent work and for putting up with us. Needless to say, we highly recommend them!
