I provided my measurements, and she even helped calculate exactly how much material I would need. Overall, Ally made my first Home & Decor experience an excellent one. His Price conscious and wants to find the best deal and I just want something that goes with the theme of what I'm remodeling at the time. I have shopped here on two separate occasion. The first was when I was replacing all the floors in my house and we ended up finding a dark espresso wood floor. We were greeted upon arrival and offered assistance multiple times throughout our visit. Most likely they were checking to make sure we weren't going to kill each other. Since we tend to bicker with each other like an old married couple. Lol The second time was recently when I was remodeling my kitchen. We came in for backsplash.... We were greeted again and we reached out to a few different sales clerks on help and prices. My dad from Greece and refuses to purchase anything from Turkey which limited our selection a lot. **insert annoyed eyes** - Location: This store is located off of Victory Drive behind the ihop and Xfinity store and across from Whole Foods. It doesn't have a lot of parking like Lowe's or Home Depot and is quite cramped if ihop is busy. Plus, the spaces are narrow and doesn't give you a lot of space for loading. - Building/Store: Its basically a large warehouse with flooring around the outer left and back walls, backsplash is to the right and along the wall and they have a small clearance selection by the restrooms. And in the middle is a mix of porcelain, glass and marble tiles. It's clean and open. - Service: The staff were helpful and actually seemed to enjoy their job and were happy to be there. Which is always a plus. They were also patient with us while we ended up trying to decide what we needed. - Merchandise: Even if we weren't being picky about where the tile was imported from. They don't have an large selection of different types of tile to pick from. There was more porcelain and ceramic then marble and granite which is what we were looking for. They are also SUPER limited on what they offer for Granite countertops which is why we ended up getting for our tops somewhere else and for cheaper. Overall: It's a decent location if you are looking for a good deal for doing a simple job.

5-15-24 Afternoon…read more Came specifically to Pottery Barn to buy a lightweight bed cover. Either a quilt or blanket to match the Duvet cover and shams we already have from Pottery Barn. Being it was my first time to this location I was pleasantly surprised by the free parking for customers behind the store. That alone warrants them an extra star. Once inside surprised by the concrete flooring they looked like they were under renovation but who do I ask? I get to work to see where the bedding is and a couple displays to inspire me. I chose the quilt in a king size in a floral stitch flax color. I go to the register that had no customers and asked the sales associate for the item in the size needed. She checked in the back and was gone a long time I figure I got a 50/50 chance they will have it. Pleasantly surprised I was brought one still in its plastic wrapped up. I was than rung up on the register. No sale unfortunately but they haven't had any sales in a while. Just thankful I got what I needed. Definitely needed to see in person the stitching detail which you can't really see online. Not the color of my etoile shams will go with it. Definitely will return again for all my future needs.

The showroom is large and exquisitely presented providing fully decorated vignettes of various home living spaces. The design consultant, Melanie, was extremely knowledgeable and directed us to the specific pieces we were interested in. No pressure tactics, no sales pitch overload. We already own several pieces of EA furniture and expect it to last indefinitely. My MIL still has a couch that was purchased 40 + years ago and it is still in excellent condition. Many, many family members and friends have sat on this piece time and time again - certainly proof of the quality and craftsmanship that this company stands for. Our experience here was top notch in every respect. We look forward to adding some new pieces to our current EA collection.

If you need the item "to go" or soon, go to the clearance room as I often do. Do note that now heavier items bought off the floor must be delivered. (undoubtedly there was a lawsuit which is unfortunate ) Now--and I want to honest but respectful--the sales associate was not overly friendly today. Maybe it was a bad day or she had a personal issue. I think I annoyed her by asking where the reception desk had gone. Other questions were likewise met with mild annoyance ( about how to recognize items made in North America vs those produced in cheaper Asian markets) I also remarked that the staff had changed since last year and I was told it hadn't. (I guess I was wrong) But when I asked about taking a picture off the wall, the same associate said, "if you are going to buy it!" That's when said "Did you think I was going to?" I then remarked I had felt a "frosty reception" since I arrived. She apologized, though I told her she didn't need to, and I bought my picture from her and left. ( All I could think of was that I would labeled a Karen) But, in the end', It was a jarring experience to be sure. Another sales associate offered to bubble wrap the picture (a nice gesture) but I declined, as I was not driving far. Interestingly, the associate said she had helped me last year after I asked who had sold me apiece last summer. I don't enjoy a lot of cheap furniture or design items, so coming to EA is always a joy, but this time there were some pieces that looked tacky and some garish pictures of tigers and lions and other exotic animals on black backgrounds. Of course, style is in the eye of the beholder. Most of what they sell is tasteful. And they have a free design service. Will I come back to Ethan Allen? Yes, I will, but I do hope that the atmosphere in Bluffton is more welcoming next time. In the Lexington, Kentucky, store the reception desk ( yes, they still have one) is always much friendlier.
