Amazing staff every time I go there they have such good decor and anything else you want or need

I have visited /shopped at Big Lot's many times overs the years. I must say I am always happy with the prices and quality of the merchandise I purchase. The customer service is good despite small staff seen on the floor. The store is clean and organized. I suggest visiting mornings because I experienced larger crowds in the evening. read more

This is one of my favorite stores to visit. Not because of the people but because of the product and the awesome deals. I always find something for my house. There's always a lot of clearance items. Although I prefer ordering online, I've come into this location for an exchange and it went rather smooth. I suggest checking this location out in the Savannah area. read more

Not as many options as most of the Big Lot stores I've been in. Most of what they do have seems to be in decent condition...but very slim pickin's. I space out my visits to this location now with the hope that the options will increase but so far no such luck. read more

Tried to purchase a large sectional..after spending a ton of time testing out couches and pondering the furniture section, I approached two men at the furniture desk and informed them I was ready to buy a couch. They asked which one and when I showed them, they responded to me with "we dont sell sectionals." I asked why since they are displayed on their sales floor and they said they're not in stock and not available to order for customers. I went out to my car, found the couch on their website and figured out how to order it myself, but decided not to based on terrible customer service. read more

I have been to bigger biglots in other cities and some have more stuff than this one. Beaufort,sc is pretty big and so is the one in bluffton, sc. This one is nice too. The manager is awesome here. read more

Since the early spring I have been watching a patio set for sale through big lots at the Hinesville Georgia location. It is now late summer and the set has gone on a great sale. Unfortunately once I was comfortable with the price The Hinesville Georgia location no longer had the item in stock. I had called the Hinesville Georgia location to inquire about the items and they just simply said the item was no longer available at their store. The Hinesville Georgia location did not offer to contact other area stores which would include Savannah and Brunswick just an hour or less away. I contacted Abercorn St., Savannah location myself and I was lucky enough to speak to a sales associate named Misty. Misty at the Savannah Abercorn Street location did everything in her power to help me. She placed me on a brief hold so she could look in the back herself for the patio set I so sought after. Misty was able to track down a set for me. I offered to pay for the set via credit card over the phone but unfortunately due to store policy they could not take a card over the phone. Misty assured me they would hold the set for me until I could arrive at the store to pick up the set. I arrived just hours later and The set was on hold for me. Misty had store associates assist me with loading the table and six chairs into my husband's pick up truck. Mind you my husband is deployed and it was great help to have such an amazing service from the Abercorn St., Savannah location. The set has been on my patio for less than five days and though we are in extreme Georgia summer heat, This is a patio set and I did not expect to see melting of the faux wood table top. I called big lots corporate and they directed me to contact the store I purchased the set from. Luckily when I contacted the store I was lucky enough to speak with Misty again. Misty did everything in her power to find a contact phone number to the manufacturer for me. I have since contacted the manufacturer. Since The manufacturer is away for the weekend (understandably so) I am waiting to hear back from them on how they may rectify this situation. But Misty from big lots of Savannah has asked me to contact her if there continues to be issues. Misty has promised that she will do everything in her power to rectify the situation for me and for that I am so so appreciative. Misty is surely the employee every retail location seeks after employing. Good job big lots Savannah on Abercorn street. I hope you treat her well!!! read more
