(New house of furniture) I assume they want your business but they massively fail at follow up. For more than six months I have been trying to get this business to help with a damaged item, they say they will have their service gal (now no longer employed there) and most recently a new guy (that has taken over their warranty and or service. It has been so long with zero help I assume when I finally show up in person YET again they will say out of warranty! I wish I had bought my house of furniture somewhere else that doesn't sale sale sale and no f/u after the sale! Poor business practice

In that first visit what really stood out was the pictures. They are a step above any one else's in the area. I fell in love with a particular one with oyster shells. The colors were amazing. Sadly I didn't buy it right than and there as I never saw another one like it on all my visits that followed. Now a month ago already in the new house we were shopping here and saw a dining room table we liked. Unfortunately the chairs that were displayed with it didn't really go. So we proceeded to look all over the store for possible choices. The two salespersons working there did little to nothing to assist us. In fact on that particular day there was not one other customer in the store. Needless to say we ended up leaving and eventually buying the perfect dining room set for us elsewhere. So why go back? Because we like their pictures and we aren't going to let two individuals stop us from shopping. On our return it was Saturday of Memorial Day weekend and they were having a 20% off sale on the pictures. We luckily spotted an octopus picture that would be perfect in our family room with an octopus bowl as well. Also in metal in a seafoam green color we got a school a fish. Lastly a sea turtle just love it don't know exactly where it will be hung yet a definite keeper. Guess what happened a whole store full of sales associates that actually helped us take the items down from where they were hanging, brought them to the register for us and even assisted us in getting them Into our car. Moral of this review if you see something you like in a store don't let someone else's poor attitude and performance not allow you to get what you want.

When I didn't hear anything from them after several weeks, I called to inquire about the delivery, and they had no record of my order. Lucky I found my receipt. I waited 4 more months and the bench finally arrived, but it was the wrong color. The owner Holly refused to refund us, and screamed at us in the store insisting that was the bench we ordered. She refused to admit they made a mistake. She said she'll "look around" for a bench that will work for us. As of now, 8 months past the order date, we have no bench and no refund.

He later called us to say he would pick up the chair and give us a full refund. It was an incredibly shocking, unprovoked and ugly experience. A terrible place to buy furniture.

I've used this store and their lamp shade business for years. My experience was much different this…read moreyear. Brought a shade and asked that the lining be replaced. Store owner told me the repair would take 4 weeks. Called three times over the next 9 weeks asking for an update. They always said that they would check and get back to me. At 8 weeks I spoke to the owner who again said she'd investigate the delay and get back to me. No one ever followed up. This is not a reliable place to get a lamp shade repaired. I paid the premium price and picked it up 13 weeks later. I won't do business with them again.

I was shopping for outdoor furniture recently and stopped by here to see what they had to…read moreoffer. first, the selection was minimal. there were maybe two or three things I would have considered, but then calamity ensued... second, the salesperson new nothing about the products. did the cover come with it or not? oh - that is for a different product...oh that is not included...oh they didn't give me details on that product so I will have to call someone...let me check the booklet... all of this taking excruciatingly long! third, there prices are not great, and I highly doubt discounted. one item she said 'I can do that one for xxx', which was still no bargain. upon finding a really great patio furniture store down the road, which I will give five stars, I found the prices to be the same or better. so do yourself a favor and do not even step into the store. it will be an hour of your life you will never get back.
