The last three months they have brought me through a service NIGHTMARE. They sold me a mirror + shipping online and after the fact sold it to someone else in store instead. They then proceeded to lie about it until I finally got them to agree to order me a new mirror and take ownership for their mistake. Nine weeks later and I followed up on the order only for them to refund my money with no explanation as to what went wrong and again, they have flagged my calls and ignored all my emails. Truly sickening that a company can treat their customers this way. Avoid at all costs.

There was a large variety of tile, wood flooring, and backsplash available. We were asked by multiple people if we needed assistance and they are able to work with all types of budgets. They also have a ton of recommendations for people who will install the tile , backsplash, and hard wood, so you can find someone who will fit your needs regarding installation.
