They were outstanding, knowledgeable, patient, and approachable without being overbearing (if you've been to some ranges, you know employees have to put up with a lot of interesting customers and all that entails). Whether it was answering questions, explaining procedures, or just making sure everything was running safely and efficiently, they took the time to do it right and made the whole experience comfortable and stress-free. It's clear they care about both safety and customer experience, which isn't always easy to balance. Because of them, the range felt welcoming to all skill levels, not intimidating or rushed. Clean facility, well-run range, and excellent staff. I'll absolutely be back and would recommend the shooting range here to anyone looking for a solid, professional, and enjoyable experience.

There was at least 10 of us waiting for the doors to automatically unlock at 10 so we could get on a lane. There aren't too many lanes at this location. I would need to double check, but I think it may only be 6. They were very good at checking us in and explaining the rules. The cost was very reasonable. I will need to do a follow up review when I stop back to check out their store. I brought my own everything except for a target. The lanes worked well and were clean. They're also quite strict on cleaning up after visiting. There's a reason they have a great reputation.

Told him we drove 40 minutes to get here after calling to confirm. He couldn't care less, didn't issue any sort of apology and walked away. Asked to speak to the manager. Some complete slob named Owen walks out and also couldn't care less. Typical gun store attitude. Stay away from this place and these clowns. Well managed with several Range Safety Officers (RSO) present that will help if you need it and the facility is super clean. Real restrooms, not porta -potties. To use the facility you must have one of the hunting or fishing licenses and watch a safety video at home. Then print out your license and video verification for the RSO. They'll then provide a range card to use for the rest of the year as a pass. Just beware, it's out in the boonies.

When I called today, the representative had a terrible attitude, offered no help whatsoever, and claimed the card was already used which is false. They refused to refund or replace it, ruining the birthday surprise. Their customer support is abysmal, with rude and unhelpful staff. I'm deeply disappointed in this company's fraudulent practices and total lack of accountability. I'll never shop here again and advise everyone to avoid them they are a complete scam! This is not the first I have heard about issues like this. I repeatedly told them the card was never even received and couldn't be used, but they couldn't care less. Ridiculous.
