I like the fact that in addition to the surveillance camera, there's also a staff member inside to make sure nothing crazy is going on. It adds a layer of security and safety. Showed up prior to them opening. Parked my car and went to get some food with friends until they open. Return 10 minutes after they opened and my car is up on a tow truck. Talked to the towing company and they said they were called by Quickshot. Ask to talk to a manager inside telling them the situation and all I was told was they couldn't do anything about the $50 and it wasn't their fault. I only asked for my 1hr of range time to be free. Not for the $50 I was extorted for to get my car back. Mistakes happen, and this one could have been resolved by comp-ing my one hour of range time. But instead they lost my business and at least two of my friends from now on. read more

Outstanding customer service, a range for shotguns, and submachine guns you can fire. Never got to do that indoors! We went on a Saturday in the wait was a little long, that was okay it was plenty of time to look at their inventory and see if we wanted to rent anything. We brought our own but will definitely try it next time. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, getting you in as quick as they can. The staff at Quickshot was awesome. Counter staff is really helpful, and targets and ammo are fairly priced..... I bought three boxes of 12ga slugs... Were they more than what I'd pay elsewhere, yeah... But it's a business... Don't like it? Make sure to bring enough of your own which they allow (which is awesome) Range masters were on top of things enough to keep everyone safe, they keep an close eye on everyone and especially on new shooters and those renting full auto (who get one on one eyes from what I saw today), but once they see you know enough to at least not be a serious safety risk they give you space but are still there to supervise and to give advice if you have questions... (this was actually really helpful for me as I was shaking the rust off after several years of not shooting, and was tending to hit low and to the left... recoil anticipation was the farthest thing from my mind, because I used to shoot a lot, but he was right, and my next string was much better... Guess I'll need to go back to get the rest of that rust off) . I saw the two who were working today deal with everyone from myself (an rusty old shooter) to a couple who had never shot a firearm ever, to a police officer, and they treated everyone with respect, and the appropriate level of supervision and coaching. They keep things safe, but don't micromanage, and give each customer what they need. I REALLY have to give kudos to the gentleman I saw working with the couple who'd never shot before... He answered all their questions perfectly in regards to safety, sight alignment, (even checking for eye dominance) grip, stance, etc... and then he let them shoot.... He kept a watchful eye on them, and would check in on them periodically, answer any more questions, and from what I could see, they were getting fairly good groups for new shooters and seemed to be having a great time... And it was a really good day at the range!!! and I'm seriously considering a yearly membership.. It's good to be back shooting... Seriously 5 out of 5!!!! The ONLY POTENTIAL MINOR downsides DEPENDING on what you're used to personally... And please don't get me wrong, I'd still give them five stars personally, but I just want to point it out so that no one gets surprised and trashes a really great place. The lanes are a little on the small side, so if you're used to shooting somewhere where you have three feet on either side of you and a full shooting bench, you're gonna feel a little cramped... There IS plenty room to shoot, MORE than enough for pistol and even shotgun and rifle, but it IS an indoor range. Not a problem for what I want, but I know a lot of folks, including myself, who grew up shooting in open space, are used to a LITTLE more room. For those folks I say, After a bit you barely notice it. Also , and not really a "down side" but a minor "thing to remember".... Me and my buddy went on a Sunday and while it was mostly empty when we showed up and when we left, it did get a bit busy in between, not packed, there was no wait time for anyone, but a bit busy.... while we were there, and there were a few folks who rented full auto... So IF you're new to shooting and not used to having other people shoot around you, or if you're bringing a new, nervous shooter, you MIGHT want to go on a weekday when it's a bit slower... Since it can be a bit of a start to hear someone go full auto at the station next to you until you get used to it. That's not really a downside, just nature of an indoor range that rents full auto firearms. The lady at the front was very accommodating and ensured that we had everything we needed. OUTSTANDING! Lady friend and I were looking for a fun excursion to break up the monotony of the I-95 road trip. I am a fairly experienced shooter and it was her first time. We were not disappointed. After a quick conversation as to firearm preferences the staff was able to get us set up with a few different platforms and calibers. I highly recommend going for the Thompson and G36 full auto. My husband was teaching me gun safety today and Quickshot was a great environment to learn at. The range was clean and not horribly busy on a Monday afternoon -so this allowed me to focus. Good place good area but we were not told the cost of ammo getting there. When we were there two months ago it was 38.99 now it's at almost 70. One guy told us at checkout that price had been the same for 7 months now another one told us it was 3 months ago. We're being told two different things. The guys up front were nice, but the lady that led us back to the range was really rude. We were supposed to follow her and she took off without us. We get in there and her attitude is awful. Not sure if she is having a bad day or what. The entire range was open but they put us right next to another group. Me and a friend went to Quickshot to try a Sig 365 because I've been searching for a new carry gun. We shot for 45 minutes and put 200 rounds down range and when leaving had a $185 tab. They charged $30 per box of 9mm which we had to use because we were using their gun. I can easily go to Bass Pro and get a box for $15. It is a complete ripoff. read more

Extremely unprofessional place that doesn't care about their customers. When they had a customer's car nearly towed, the manger wouldn't speak to a him, and the woman at the at the counter "I'm not in the business of making deals" when he asked for them to give him an hour of free range time ($15) , in exchange for the $50 he had to pay the tow truck. The range is dirty, and becomes chaos on Saturday's, I had to explain what "keyholing" to one of their staff.
