Since most people work who are they serving with these limited hours? Both times I attempted to go here numerous customers went up to the doors just to find them locked. It is an assumption on my part but I think it's they can't get help. But if that was the case they would have a help wanted sign next to the other sign. I definitely like Dollar Stores so I will seek out other locations.

It's late November so they're well stocked with Christmas stuff now in the seasonal department. Some of the doors don't close, the mirrors are dirty, some of the lights are out, the floors are filthy. It's as if I don't matter to the Ross Executives who can change such things. Have they even stepped into this store? What must tourists from other states or even other countries think of us? I would be embarrassed to bring anyone into this place or any Ross for that matter. The store manager at Oglethorpe - Shanique and employee Lazia were not helpful. Both of them said that you'd have to go back to the one you bought it from since our prices are different. I stated the point that this is a corporate store as the other one is, regardless of price, you should be able to return and refund it as I have the receipt and method of payment with me. She refused to help me, saying that your refund will be a different amount since our price is not the same. On top of this, the store manager was not professional nor did she care about customer service as her employee, Lazia was on a personal phone call on speaker on her cell phone talking about cooking and food. I came back to this store and they accepted my return. I asked them about this and both Jamella and Melissa were frustrated and astonished at this. Jamella informed me that yes you can return an item at another store since we are in the same district. She also said that they probably were lazy and did not want to go into the POS system and process the return. She provided me with a district manager contact and he will be hearing this from me.
